Was there a week ago for some premium annuals and found the healthiest geraniums in the best color selection, and all of this at prices lower than nearby pop-up centers, big box, or year round plant stores. It was very busy but the staff were helpful with my questions and discussed the goat soil amendment in detail, which doesn't happen at most other places when they're busy. The older gentleman also answered my question when they'd have the Thai basil, and some other plants. I got a wagonload of gourmet quality plants for only $150 and will be back for more! The quality can't be beat.

I would ignore any negative comments about customer service…it was great! Moreover, stunning annuals at unbeatable prices. Bittersweet in a way because I just discovered this place and already bought most of my annuals of lesser quality and way more money. My friend scored huge though and her deck looks stunning with the addition of the baskets from here. Fun little side notes to this place as well!

We had bought a house in Plymouth 3 years ago to find out we had mice. We looked at several pest control services and discover BOGO was the only company that would do a 2 year warranty on their services. It cost a little more but was worth every penny. The owner used to do something totally different and found he had mice. He dedicated himself to figure out how to mitigate it. He found that if you find the entry spot, you control the mice. He would not leave our home until he discovered our mouse entry point to seal it. He did, and it has been 3 years and we are still mouse free. He is the best and you would be a fool not to hire him.

5 stars all the way! Mike really goes above and beyond in his work. I highly, highly recommend his services. He was very thorough and took the job seriously. He checked in often with me to see if my problem was being resolved, stopped by several times on his own to check traps and assess progress, and was personable, friendly and enjoyable to top it all off. The problem was resolved from the outside of the house down to the basement. Basic roof patching, patching some concrete holes at the base of the home, and then strategically placing traps around the house.

I own a large warehouse and have used several Pest Control Companies over the years. All the providers I've used just check the box. I had a difficult time targeting rodents in my facility. The previous technicians provided no other solutions or support. I did my research to find a company that would provide me what I was looking for. BOGO Pest Control did three times the work the other companies provided combined! They have completely sealed all the openings to prevent rodents from entering. During the sale of our home we had a request form the buyer to have an exterminator take care of a possible mouse problem. Shopping around I looked at other companies Terminix, Orkin but no one showed up for the appointment. Quotes over the phone were for trapping and poison. The Buyers Realtor recommended BOGO. I called and Mike was very helpful. Now understand this is 5 days before closing and with no shows from the other companies I was in a pinch. Mike explained what would happen and that their company doesn’t just get rid of the current problem but closes up areas so that no more mice can come in. He set up an appointment within a couple days of my phone call. Scott came out and after reviewing inside and out of my home determined there was no mouse problem. It saved me a bunch of money. Scott went a step further to show me areas in the garage that could be access points in the future. He told me how to fix these areas. He could of tried to talk me into having them do these fixes but they were simple and after he told me what to do I was able to take care of it. So many companies have claimed to have great customer service. This company has it if it was possible I would give 10 Stars.

BOGO pest control is a pest control company that is honest, reasonable and incredibly effective in pest control. We had a mice problem that we unsuccessfully attempted to control ourselves for months. We called 5 companies to address the problem. Most worked on fear and a huge upsell. My call to BOGO was different. They were honest, fairly priced and came out quickly. We needed a complete access sealing of our exterior in our 1924 house, BOGO spent 4 hours sealing all entry points. Although the also set out well placed traps, we have NEVER seen another mouse since that day. Their work is guaranteed and stood behind. I also called for a tick prevention treatment for our lawn, they convinced me it was un-necessary. Again, honest company. Thank you BOGO!!

Can’t say enough good things about BOGO Pest Control and it’s employees. I shopped around and finally decided to use these guys for my carpenter ant problem. They had a fair price off the bat and the best warranty I could find. What surprised me was how professional and knowledgeable they were on the phone and in person. They came to my home and after seeing the size of the property gave me a discount, which was not expected but very much appreciated. If you are looking for a fair, friendly, professional, and reliable company for your pest control, then BOGO is the one. I’ll be using them for any future pest issues and would highly recommend them over anyone else. I wish more companies were like BOGO.

We had our first encounter with BOGO pest control this weekend. We just moved to a wooded area a few weeks ago. We have 2 young children and already found several ticks on kids and pets, and terrible mosquitoes. They were able to send Scott out within a week. He was amazing! Answered all my questions, and was even able to spray for us that day. Wonderful customer service and we look forward to working with them again!

Scott came out to my house for general bugs and mice. He treated with people-friendly bug killers and poison free mouse solutions. He was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and really knows his critters! Having BOGO Pest Control handle my pest problems was the best decision I've made in a long time!

I recommend BOGO to anyone who asks or even hints at needing pest control. Every time I've called them they are so fast to service my home. Their pricing is fair and upfront, the bill never has any surprises when it comes time to pay. Their employees are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! And most important they take care of the pests!

There are a lot of exterminators to choose from. I chose BOGO because of the great reviews they had and I now add another great review to their list. I received an email the day before verifying our appointment along with a picture and bio of Justin, the technician who was scheduled to come out. This was really great as I knew in advance who would be
coming to my door. Justin listened to my observations, did a methodical and thorough inspection of my property and discussed the challenge of the location of the wasp's nest. What is reassuring is that they will stand behind their work for the entire season. I highly recommend BOGO for any infestation needs you have. And as an aside, Justin has great energy: calm and gentle. I was surprised that the wasps didn't react more aggressively. I think Justin is a Wasp Whisperer.

While mowing my lawn I was surprised to discover I ran over a ground nest of very aggressive yellow jackets! BOGO Pest Control came highly recommended by friends so I called immediately. I found Mike and Scott to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It became apparent early on that they put the welfare of the customer first and are willing to do whatever they can to ensure the job is complete. I highly recommend them.

SO impressed with BOGO!! I was referred to BOGO by my neighbor when I had critters (probably mice) die in my kitchen wall - TWICE! I was hesitant to call anyone because of past negative experiences with companies that were very high pressure and wanted to sign me up for more services than I felt I needed. Mike was very friendly and helpful in scheduling a convenient appointment. Justin came out to give me a quote and was so patient, walking me around the house, inside and out and answering all my questions. I was more than pleased with the information I received and the quote that I was given. Justin came back a week later to seal up my house and garage. Most of his visit was spent in the garage. After 30 plus years the house had settled quite a bit and the mice had made themselves at home (and told their friends and families) I had put out bait traps, but since the garage wasn't sealed it was a losing battle. I just had this done so I am doing the 30 day wait and see period and then I have a TWO YEAR WARRANTY. Not a fan of the snap traps in the laundry room (2 mice so far, haven't been down there today. Have to work up my courage!) :) Bottom line: I would highly recommend BOGO!! I had a nest in my chimney, and they were coming through my fireplace (at least three a day). I'm terrified of wasps, and this was a nightmare. I tried door to door treatment which didn't work. I tried calling other companies but they said they couldn't spray that high.

Alex from Bogo came out and was super helpful. He walked me through the different treatment options and told me the nest wouldn't fall in the fireplace with this treatment which was my biggest concern, and the wasps were gone within a few days.

Bogo will also schedule with you via text which is nice.

Mike Misk from BOGO Pest Control was able to take care of my rodent problem quickly and professionally. I had paid another company to take care of the problem only to find out that they did little to nothing and cost me $285!! Mike was thorough and targeted very quickly the area of my foundation that the mice were using to enter my home. He came back on a Saturday to seal around my entire foundation and even left me a couple of upgraded traps to use! I am so happy to report that since Mike's visit I have not had one more mouse! This has given me peace of mind and I will be forever thankful to BOGO for taking care of the problem for me. I highly recommend them.

Recently, after purchasing a house, we discovered that the inspector was right. There was a mouse "presence" in the kitchen. It was in fact an invasion. We saw multiple traces in more than ten places. BOGO sent a very knowledgeable and experienced inspector who clearly explained the process that they follow to close out the mice from the house. Two days later they blocked all the existing entrances to the outside walls. Ten days later there was no more mice. Since then the house got cleaned from their presence. What a good job. Thank you.

He walked us through exactly how mice were getting into our house, how they could be stopped, and what to expect after sealing their access points. He gives a 2 year guarantee on his work, and was even nice enough to offer to explain how to do the repairs ourselves - we hired him anyway because he is clearly invested in providing professional work. Very happy with our service; would recommend/hire again.

Nothing but the best service from BOGO. The owner did the work of checking my entire home perimeter and was even up on the roof. He explained what to expect going forward and it is exactly what happened. Mouse free!! I have owned homes since 1972 and have dealt with a lot of companies in search of repairs, maintenance and services.....BOGO is at the top of the list. Very thorough and professional. After talking to them I didn't even get another quote and that's something I always do. You will not regret using BOGO for your pest problems.
