I used Bogo Pest Control in 2024 for both wasp nest and mouse treatments—both of which were quite expensive. Recently, I reached out again for another wasp issue and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The way they explained the service this time was completely different from last year, yet they insisted that all this information had been shared with me before and that I had simply forgotten. I find that hard to believe, as I’m someone who asks a lot of questions and likes to understand what I’m paying for. During the call, they repeated the same explanation verbatim four times, even after I said I understood. It felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I’m frustrated and no longer feel confident in their service. I would not recommend them.

I was referred to BOGO over 5 years ago by my contractor who always had the most reliable recommendations. I previously used a large pest control company. As a small, local, independent company, BOGO consistently delivers patient, personalized service and solutions. They are responsive and courteous. I have them to my home at least quarterly. The team is always on time and does their best to accommodate my schedule. They remember me and my home so their work can be completed efficiently. On multiple occasions, the team has gone above and beyond which leaves me with great peace of mind. Thank you to Mike and the entire BOGO team (special shout outs to Justin and Benek)!

We have used too many other pest control companies that didn't fully inspect for entry points for mice and wanted to put down lots of poison. BOGO has a much better approach, which is to thoroughly inspect for entry points and seal them while spending considerable time to do so. The proof of their work is the reduction in the number of mice caught in traps in my finished crawl space. We only had two mice from July (first BOGO visit) to December (second BOGO visit to re-inspect and more sealing of entry points). No mice since the last visit in mid-December. This is great work by BOGO. I won't tell you how many I would trap most winters, since it would upset my spouse if she knew the substantial number (she prefers me to just dispose of them and pass on telling her the amount trapped).

They are great. We have a maintenance plan with them so they are out here four times a year. We signed up with BOGO four years ago and what a difference our outdoor space has been. I can sit outside with no insects attacking me. Also, we don’t have that army of ants that used to show up every spring/summer. Definitely recommend if you prefer to enjoy indoors and outdoors. Also, all their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Great company!

BOGO is the best there is. If you want rodent problems to actually be solved for good they are the answer. So many of these other mice companies get you on a subscription poison program forever, BOGO just actually eliminates the ways mice can enter your home. Worth every penny.

Scott was so kind and helpful! He came out and showed me how to help with a mole problem in my yard. I cannot say enough good things about BOGO. I’ve contacted them a few times over the years and they always help and teach ways for me to handle the problem myself. They really want to set their clients up for success!

I have used BOGO since 2021 for mice and ants - they are incredible! Their warranty is fantastic and they do a great job. Every technician is so thorough and knowledgeable about pests.

I love that they focus on sealing your house rather than using poison for mice.

Ostvig is extremely professional in all aspects, including bidding a job and executing the work as promised. To say it simply, "they know what they are doing." Lastly, their cleanup is always impeccable and reliable. I highly recommend them as does my beautiful oak tree in the front yard!

I have used Ostvig tree care couple of times. Russ is very knowledgeable and friendly. He understand our needs and work with the schedules which is convenient for us. We removed 2 trees which was very close to house. Ostvig crew were very professional and completed the work neatly and safely. They are my go to whenever i need a tree service. Thanks Ostvig team.

They don't call back. I spoke with someone in Aug about setting up a repeat chlorosis treatment in Fall....the first part of Oct. I started calling the end of Sept because I had not heard from anyone about setting up an appointment. I have called every week since then and spoken with a very courteous answering service that has promised a return call within 24 hours. No one calls. I can believe that they are busy, but at the very least find someone to call the customers back with an update.

Russ did a great job estimating our project, communicating with us on project timing and completing it on time and on budget. They cut and hauled a large number of dead trees and brush from our lot. They did an amazing job of cleaning up after the project. It looks so much better now!

Russ was great. Showed up on time for the bid and gave us a date for the work. He managed his crew well and gave proper expectations that the yard would be heavily damaged taking out such large trees. I would highly recommend Ostvig to anyone. 2 of the trees we had removed were hanging over the house completely and they did a great job not damaging the roof.

I had a dual stem Ash that had ash bore disease that had to go. Ostvig was one of the services recommended by my City Forester and was the one that had the best bid. They came on time and got down to business to take them down efficiently. They spent time cleaning up afterward and were very courteous. I appreciate that they hauled away the debris instead of grinding it up by the curb which makes a god-awful racket like another service did for a neighbor.
I would definitely call them again with any other tree issue.

Monte gave us a very reasonable estimate for cutting down 2 trees, grinding the stumps to grade level and haul away all the debris. He also quoted a very good price for the treatment of two other trees that will happen in the spring. The two gentlemen that did the job were friendly, professional, efficient and safe. The whole job was about 5 hours. Very happy with Otsvig Tree Care and we highly recommend their fast, affordable, friendly service.

Recently, I had a large silver maple removed by Ostvig. Pete and Orion were prompt, professional, and did excellent work. Their clean up was impeccable. I would recommend this company to anyone needing tree service.
