BOGO is the best and had such a sense of urgency to help! We had a yellow jacket nest in our siding and then they started coming through our HVAC in our sunroom. 30+ yellowjackets had come in and I was calling all around to try and get someone here (I had been trying to get on schedules for a week at this point already). I googled and called BOGO. Mike educated me on what is going on and was able to see that a tech Josh was less than a mile from our house. He called him and Josh squeezed us in when other companies couldn't make it for days! He treated the big nest and other little ones, and educated us on what he was doing. And it's guaranteed! No more yellowjackets! We are so thankful to Josh and BOGO!

BOGO Pest Control did such a great job. They were very detailed and explained things well. They charged me exactly what they invoiced me, with no surprises and did an excellent job filling in all of the areas around the house. They were on time, did the work in a timely manner and were pleasant to work with. Thank you!

I highly recommend this small, local business which our new home inspector told us about because he found old rodent tracks in our attic. Mike and Justin are both very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and prompt. Justin came out to do a total assessment of our new home and was very patient and kind in answering our questions, letting us know what he found, and explaining services that BOGO could provide. I signed up for everything- their mouse exclusion (by targeting entry points with a two-year warranty), and also their Integrated Pest Prevention (with a year warranty), wow! And I greatly appreciate that they scientifically target specific insects at key times of year in their life-cycles. Prevention is key! I'm so glad that I have BOGO as a part of our new home's "services team!"

My cat found 2 mice in a day after vacation. I called BOGO and they came out within a day. Scott was great! He was so knowledgeable and educated me in mice behavior and how to correct the problem long term. I felt he was honest and fair with his assessment. I sincerely hope I don't ever have to call again, but if I do, I'm calling BOGO. I would highly recommend them.

Josh was punctual, professional and energetic in his inspection; he provided excellent conclusions and went above and beyond the scope of what I expected in providing value. Absolute A plus review, and BOGO is now my permanent pest control go-to resource.

We have been fighting with mice for many years. Finally, we turned to the professionals and had BOGO Pest Control do their Mouse Exclusion Service. After the inital inspection (the cost applied toward mitigation), Josh sealed the outside and set traps to capture any mice that might be trapped inside. He placed 6 traps in places I never thought of. I didn't expect any as I hadn't caught any mice in a while. To my surprise, the next morning all of his traps caught mice - not my traps! Over the next 11 days the number caught went down. Since then (17+ days as I write), we are mice free. These guys know what they are doing! I highly recommend them!

Really impressed! We've been in our home about a year; the seller's had used BOGO in the past for mice. We were still in the warranty window from the seller's previous service when we caught a mouse in our furnace room. One phone call and they were out within a day. They spotted a few new problem areas in our exterior soffits and sealed them up. Also talked us through what to watch for and set a few more traps (so far no more mice). All included in the warranty we inherited from our seller, no questions asked. You have to love a company that does good work, backs up their service and is very responsive and professional along the way. Highly recommend!

Bogo is the BEST mouse control company out there! I did lots and lots of researching all the different companies and finally decided to go with Bogo. It is a small companyso service was awesome and attentive to perfection with the best customer service around!.

I didn't regret it and it's 2 years later and I still couldn't be happier! They charged a one time fee with a two year guarantee. They did have to come out twice the first year after the initial visit of sealing up the outside of my house. There was no charge as it's includes in the initial fee. It's been two years now and FINALLY no signs of any critters..
This company donates a portion of their fees to charity with every sale.
The owner is phenomenal and couldn't be nicer or more professional. He definitely KNOWS his business! Can't recommend high enough!

I would highly recommend their services! We worked with Justin from BOGO and he was wonderful to work with, professional, punctual and had a wealth of knowledge to share as well which helped us learn about our specific trees and pests that we're dealing with. He did a great job and we saw some immediate results from our first treatment.

We recently had an issue with wasps getting into our master bathroom, through our attic. I chose to call BOGO based off all of the stellar comments I read, and they definitely lived up to all of the 5-star reviews! Mike was really helpful in answering all of my questions when I called, and Scott came out to our house a few days later to figure out where the wasps were coming in, and fix the problem. At my request, he also did a thorough inspection of our perimeter to give us a quote for what it would take to fix the issue we had last year with mice. He was really thorough, and took a lot of time walking me around our house and explaining things to me. I think their pricing is really reasonable and I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a quarterly service plan like other pest control companies that show up on my doorstep. I have already booked our appointment to have Scott come back and fix our mouse entry points. As for the wasps - I'm happy to say we are now wasp free in our house, and I'm no longer afraid to use our master bathroom! Thanks BOGO!!

Would definitely recommend them, we had Justin come out to treat for carpenter ants, and he helped us figure out the source of where they were coming from and was one of the most chill people ever. He got the job done super fast and was super nice. And the treatment worked perfectly.

Would HIGHLY recommend BOGO Pest Control!! Scott is great to work with and very loyal to his customers. He stays true to his 2 year warranty for rodent services and will come back out to help identify & seal new entry points. Very positive, diligent, and respectful. Scott also educates his customers. I have learned more about mice and their habits then I have ever wanted. Best company my husband and I have ever worked with in regards to home maintenance!

BOGO is the best! We went from yearly bee problems, earwig problems, ant problems, and boxelder problems to NO problems. All the guys are super nice. We get pest control salesmen from other companies all the time at our door, and I've never once been tempted to switch to another company for price or coverage or any other reason. Because... BOGO is the best ;) Sadly, we are moving away, but I will continue to recommend them!

We had Justin out in June of 2020 to help with a bumblebee nest that we had uncovered in our yard. I brought up the idea of just moving the nest since they were very unaggressive and the world needs it's pollinators. Justin thought it was a great idea and with his bee shirt on we moved them under our shed where the dogs wouldn't run into them which was all I wanted. Great work Justin.

I bought my first house and within the first 6 months, I found a huge mouse problem in the lower level. I did a ton of research on pest control companies, and was very impressed with everything I read about BOGO. I decided to try them out for the mouse problem and it was the best decision I could have made! We live in a townhouse, so we were worried that it would be difficult to control the mouse issue, but after a few visits, they were completely gone! This was 1.5 years ago and we haven’t had a mouse since. I also signed up for their insect prevention plan since we had a lot of spiders and bugs around. This has made a HUGE difference in the amount of bugs we see inside. Everyone I have talked to at the company is so kind and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

The original exterminator I’d scheduled canceled at the last minute and I’m so glad they did. I called BOGO the next morning, hopped in the shower, dressed and Alex from BOGO was knocking on the door to evaluate and treat my yellow jacket and paper wasp infestations.
Alex was professional, friendly, kind, respectful and great at his job. After a minute, I knew I was in the right hands and the problem would soon be history. He explained everything, treated all structures on my lot and was respectful
He said it may take a week for the large nest behind the siding to die. The very next day there were no yellow jackets. I hope Alex is recognized and given a bonus or raise - he is excellent at what he does and wants to help. You could never replace him with one person and I will recommend BOGO and Alex to everyone I know. Thank you, BOGO!

I met with the owner, Scott, today to discuss some potential mice problems at our house. He came highly recommended by a home inspector that we've used several times in the past. I was really impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He spent over an hour meeting with me and answering all of my questions. Instead of giving me an estimate for the cost of his services, he literally walked me through in detail what he would do (along with a detailed explanation of the products he uses) and recommended I do it myself if I felt comfortable, which I do. He went above and beyond what he had to do, and I really appreciated that. Frankly, I really just enjoyed talking to him and could have done it for a few more hours. I would highly recommend Scott and BOGO to anyone looking for this type of service.
