I can't recommend CFS enough! We were in an incredibly tight turn around due to a contract deadline and CFS was willing to step in and assist us with what we needed to meet our deadline, despite being in the height of their busy season. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, is extremely knowledgeable, and very responsive. Don't hesitate to give CFS a call - you will not be disappointed!

I don't think that I could be more pleased in regards to literally every aspect of working with these guys. They offered a very reasonable price, an incredibly efficient and clean installation, and most important of all, the drainage system works. Now my basement is finally dry and usable for the first time.

Had a crack in the foundation around my garage as well as a large one on the garage parking pad. I initially tried going with a concrete lifting approach that failed pretty bad. Called up these guys and was worth every penny. Easy to work with, good communication, on time, no sub contractors, didn't use a skeleton crew...if I ever need concrete/foundation work again, I'm calling them first.

We needed to have our wall rebuilt in our garage because it was starting to cave in. From the first consult meeting to the final day of the project, everyone that we came in contact with at the company was helpful and very responsive. I would highly recommend contacting them in the future for additional projects.

Seth came out today and gave the best honest and factual analysis of the cause of our driveway leak that I have heard in two years. He measured the pitch and found the first problem. Then he analyzed our gutter drainage and the size of the driveway drain pipes. These guys are experts this is not their first rodeo!

Had a crumbling footing for my fireplace and they came out within a week of the bid to complete the job. The team was clean and efficient! They did an awesome job filling some gaps in my foundation too. I will definitely call them again with any concrete repairs in the future.

Very appreciate of the work and professionalism of the owner and crew. Installed 27' of new drain tile on a wall that had gotten wet in spots from the rain depending on conditions, sometimes resulting in water coming out at the base of the wall a few feet. Installation was around mid-March 2022. Suffice to say no more puddling of water at the base of the wall and no more wet blocks! Very pleased with everything, highly recommend.

We reached out to Concrete and Foundation Solutions because ever since we’ve lived in our home (5 years) we’ve constantly had issues with an egress window filling up with water. If it wasn’t from the top, it would literally come in from the ground.

Seth came out and assessed the problem right away and provided a solution that he thought would resolve our issue. When the date came, his crew showed up on time, they were very professional and answered any questions I had. They dug out the old window well, made sure it was in the correct position and filled everything back in. Brought in dirt to fill along the back of the house cause it had sunk in the 20 years the house had been here. This work was completed in early fall, not now.

So far we haven’t had any issues. Hopefully that was the end of it and we can sleep throughout the night completely without having to get up and check the window.
