Austin Douglas recently visited our home to give us a quote on replacement windows and an entry door. He was very prompt, pleasant, and professional and obviously has a very in-depth knowledge of Pella’s products, services, and options. When we’re ready to proceed with our project, I’ll definitely be contacting Austin to move forward. Fantastic experience, highly recommended!!

Enver and Mike did an EXCELLENT job setting our new picture window. They worked smoothly, fast, with attention to detail and without any messiness at all.

Luiz and Juan were terrific they resolved all the issues that the other installer caused and the problems they let they took the time to make sure my new windows were installed properly and chalked properly.

I had the pleasure of having Ashton from Paella come to repair our patio door today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He quickly identified the issue, explained it clearly, and efficiently fixed the problem without pushing for an unnecessary door replacement.

Ashton was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also respectful and professional throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about finding the best solution for the customer. I highly recommend Ashton and Paella for their excellent service.

Salesperson Caleb was great to work with. He was on time, very polite and friendly. He asked permission to park in the driveway upon arrival. He had a great vision for new windows in my sunroom that I had not considered. I can’t wait to see the final product.

Juan B was here and communicated when he would be hear and was on time. He looked at other issues while he was here.

We recently ordered all window replacements through Pella. The installation occurred and the 3 person crew that came out were top notch! They operated like a well oiled machine, protected our property and skillfully removed and installed our new windows. We were so impressed by Chuck and his crew!
