We recently used ICC for carpet cleaning, and they were absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Lindsey arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and worked quickly without cutting corners.

Our carpets look brand new-the difference is incredible! Stains we thought would never come out are completely gone, and everything feels fresh and clean.

Having my house burned down was one of the most traumatic experience I had to go through but icc Restoration made it seem very easy and simple. If I want to give credit I would personally credit Steve. He was helpful, help me with all the budget And selections, And even if I Was over my budget, he would put in extra money from his side to help out.

Bryce was absolutely amazing with the entire situation for my family of assessing the damage, communicating clearly on what needed to be done and on future check-in dates & times, as well as the progress of his work and making additional post check-ins to make sure things were dried out. Eric the care coordinator was also great and understanding, he called to check in multiple times to offer additional assistance. I cannot recommend ICC enough - thank you!

My new dishwasher flooded my kitchen. ICC sent someone out right away. Lindsey did an amazing job. Very nice and calmly explained everything to me. She pulled up all the damaged flooring and removed it. Set up all the fans and dehumidifiers in the kitchen and the basement below.
Eric called and emailed me immediately to make sure all my questions had been answered.

We had the misfortune of a house fire and were lucky our pets and people were safe! Unfortunately the smoke damage was significant and we were referred to ICC from a friend. They were amazing partners during a very difficult time, walking us through each step of the way with solid advice and an empathetic ear. They did all of the insurance work for us, advocating for us to make sure we received quality replacements for both our house structure and the salvageable contents within. Our team leaders (Mark and Melisa) were detailed, thorough and very easy to work with (great communicators and kind people.) Melisa’s team of Tori, Sheila and Liz took great care in documenting our contents for cleaning and restoration. The items returned to us are in great shape. They took great care with my photos and photo books and returned these precious things within weeks of our fire. It’s not an easy thing to go through but they made it as easy as it could be. Thank you ICC!

ICC did an amazing job. Had an issue with our bathroom exhaust fan leaking water due to moisture with cold temps. They came out that following morning and spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue. They provided a great referral with a HVAC company that can fix our problem. Highly recommend!

ICC did our home restoration after our fire. It was a traumatic event made much easier by the kind, compassionate team of people who emptied our house, rebuilt the inside and created a beautiful new living space for us. So of course, years later, when we decided to add more space, we had to call ICC again. They turned our large screened in porch into a beautiful new living room. Everything turned out exactly as we had hoped. It was great to have them manage our project. We couldn’t be happier. This company we highly recommend. We already have plans for the future for another project with them!

Matt was 10/10 professional from the start working with me and even the insurance adjuster when she arrived. He set up equipment and made sure I felt comfortable from the beginning. Erik from the office was very responsive and checked in daily, he’s been a huge help navigating the paperwork and insurance side of things. Andre was very prompt and professional each visit taking moisture readings and very considerate and efficient when packing up the equipment. I would absolutely recommend anyone to work with ICC for remediation needs, they really take the time to make sure you are informed and comfortable every step of the way! Thank you!

We had water damage in our basement and bathroom, and this contractor did an excellent job restoring both areas. The work was done professionally, communication was clear throughout the process, and the attention to detail really showed in the final results. Everything turned out great, and we’re very happy with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing restoration or repair work. Tim and his team at ICC made this long process great and easy for us to handle. The attention to detail was amazing my home looks better then it ever has thank you for everything.

Austin Douglas arrived on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. He showed me several options for the project—select specific windows for replacement, complete rooms, and the entire home. The financing options were explained thoroughly and I got a payment that worked best for me. I look forward to working from beginning to end of project with Austin.

We had technician Derek out to our home to assess the windows we needed replacing. He was immediately personable and professional as we went through the process. We felt comfortable and as though he was transparent about pricing, we feel confident in choosing Pella!

Shawn showed up to our address to fix an issue we had with our newly installed windows. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He explained everything in detail and what to do if we have problems in the future.

Enver was also out and made the best suggestions ever with our caulking issue that I would not have noticed if he wasn’t so attentive. Also extremely professional and friendly would always take his shoes off even though we told him it wasn’t necessary.

The lady who stained our windows was also amazing… can’t remember her name.
