Everything was great. This is our second project with Pella Northland and Caleb, their rep. Needed a replacement kitchen window and Caleb suggested what would be the best for the situation and room layout. He did not suggest anything more than what we wanted or needed and is very transparent when dealing with customers. The pricing and finance options offered were excellent, and the price, including installation was reasonable. The warranty for Pella products is great. We expect the same attention to detail for this project as we received for our first project two years ago.
The installers are top notch and very good. Everyone we have dealt with at Pella is super.
Would recommend them if your need windows or doors.

Caleb was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable with the features and quality that Pella offers. Caleb was able to answer all our questions and concerns.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience of getting our new Pella window! Enver & Mike were so professional, friendly and informative. Enver even showed me how to tighten the handle on our Pella patio door. They did a great cleanup afterwards. I will request them when we do future windows in our home! Thank you very much!!

I'm reviewing our Pella sales consultant, Derek Ferguson (haven't purchased window yet). I felt compelled to review Derek because he did a fantastic job of explaining the many details associated with choosing and installating a window. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. He made what I was anticipating to be a stressful experience easy. He is an asset to his company-without a doubt.

Juan B was incredibly polite and professional. After several others looked at our screen door issues, this man used his expertise in solving the issue. He knew how to adjust the door and we are so thankful! We are too. Thank u.

Had our big ORIGINAL (circa 1990-ish) Pella replacement Window delivered today by Josiah and Kelvin out of Brooklyn Park (Minneapolis). They were within estimated to be delivered. They were friendly, professional and speedy.

I had a great sales rep Jeff Tener who listened to all of my concerns and helped me navigate throughout the process. We replaced every window in our home. We went with Pella Impervia fiberglass after doing a good amount of research. The installation team of Colby, Donte and Jace did an outstanding job. They were all hardworking and professional. We are very pleased with the finished product.

We recently purchased Pella windows and a patio door for our home, and we could not be happier with our decision. From the outset, working with Kara Olson made the process straightforward and flawless. I knew I would like my new windows but I was not prepared for just how wonderful they would be! I did not change the total window sizes, but I did change the overall weight of the windows. (much less trim). I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS!!!!! The 2 young men they sent to install the windows, Adam and Sean, were EXCELLENT!!! They did a wonderful job and were very professional, clean, courteous, tidy.... etc! I am adding before and after photos, however, you cannot really see the awesomeness of the change. Thank you so much! I am so glad I went with Pella windows.

Our door handle fell off and they sent Jason C out and he was able to get it fixed and nothing had to be replaced. He even checked our other handles on two other doors to make sure they were secured. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with! Thank you Jason!

After two frustrating attempts to schedule an appointment with Renewal by Andersen, I contacted Pella. What a difference! I met with Matt and he was fabulous. He walked me through the features and benefits of each type of patio door, which allowed me to make a selection with confidence. His consultative sales approach took all pressure out of the discussion Matt also has a great eye for design, helping me to select the right hardware, trim and colors to best match my decor. Matt, you are a rock star!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the Pella window appointment. I say that because I’m typically very cynical and not open to I’m home appointment. I made this appointment as I wanted new windows. Andersen Windows came a couple weeks ago and I felt like I was in a used car showroom whereas with the Pella Rep, Matt Bruber, I felt that I was in control and he totally understood my needs. I never felt pressured nor was he pushy. I selected the Pella 250 series. They’re designed with a larger window area plus they have a steel frame with foam injected cavities which reduces noise, reflection and vibrations. I’ll follow up on this review after install.

Pella juts finished installing our windows. We had 9 windows replaced and the installers Enver and Big Mike did an amazing job. The attention to detail was remarkable. The gap fill job and the caulking job was perfect. All the windows slide up and down perfectly. I usually don’t give high marks for work, but I was pretty impressed with their work. Highly recommend pella to take care of your windows. Enver was kind enough to address our entry way door too which wouldn’t open and close freely. He addressed that for us, which was very nice of him.

We had low quality windows (builder grade). You could feel the temperature difference when you got near the windows.

Zach from Pella came in, gave us options, clearly explained the differences, worked with us on installing to meet our schedule and installed high quality windows.

The windows and the trim look much better and we no longer have drafts.

We were so happy with the initial work, that we went back and had them replace all of the windows in the house.

The installation was terrific. The windows look great. The house was spotless when the installers left.

In short, a great experience.

Brian Bennett, came out to our home, to help replace our large picture window. This will be our fifth phase in replacing our windows. During our appointment, he made great suggestions, and ended up replacing beside our large picture window, we went ahead and are replacing our last three windows in our house. His attention to detail, far exceeded our expectations.

We have had the BEST experience working with Caleb Mayer during the process of selecting windows and contracting. He thoroughly explained the installation process and answered a TON of questions we had. He was the first person we had out for an estimate out of four that we had scheduled. When he was leaving, we knew that the service & products that Pella offers were exactly what we were looking for and the financing Pella offered was incredible. My husband actually went to catch Caleb at his car before he could drive off to tell him we wanted to sign and I canceled the other four contractors. In addition to being professional and representing Pella so well, he was just a great person. Our golden retriever kept trying to show him her special bone and some toys and he was so patient with her. When he was putting our contract together we noticed that she had gotten really quiet. We found her snuggled up to Caleb who was petting her as he was trying to work. Just a great guy!

Caleb Mayer represents the Pella brand very well with thorough knowledge and insight on the project we were trying to achieve. He made the entire experience pain free from planning to financing options. Would definitely recommend Caleb to anyone looking to upgrade or replace your existing windows and doors with Pella products

Recently replaced about 30 windows and a door with Pella. From beginning to end, was a terrific experience. From our initial interaction with our Sales rep Zach who was very patient with us as we had a lot of questions. Zach was extremely knowledgeable, and went the extra mile (two hour plus visits to our home and 1 visit with him at the Pella showroom) to work with us to get exactly the windows we wanted. Was not a high pressure salesperson, really did get the feeling that he wanted to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. At the end of the day, there are other window options, but we bought from Pella because of our experience working with Zach. We have one other door project and we will be reaching out to Pella first!

As far at the install and quality of the windows, Pella was equally terrific! The install crew arrived as expected and were extremely professional and easy to work with. Also, can't say enough good things about the install crew. They worked with us to determine the order to install the windows which was least disruptive, were extremely flexible, kept us updated on the progress of the project, etc. and their work has been top notch.

Based on our experience with Zach and the Pella install crew we would absolutely recommend Pella to anyone!
