All the techs who worked on our basement flooding issue were great. Lindsey, Matt, and Andre were super thorough and they clearly communicated the issues and status throughout the job.

We hired ICC to help with water in our basement - we noticed the issue at 6:40am and ICC was at our door by 9am that day. We were skeptical that we could dry everything out, but with their expertise and several high-powered fans and dehumidifiers we were able to save everything - walls, carpet, baseboards. The ability for them to test dryness levels with their sensors gave us peace of mind - we could see the process working. A special shoutout to Lindsey and Katelyn for their assistance and guidance throughout the process!! Would recommend this company to anyone who needed water mitigation services - professional and timely in their work.

I’m grateful for Andre and his knowledge and skill when we found water in our basement. He was able to quickly remove all wet items, help prevent mold and support getting the basement dried out. He returned daily until the basement was fully dry and everything was resolved. He went above and beyond to make a miserable situation better and did a great job of filling me in along the way. Thank you also to Lindsay on the last day for doing the double check and sign off with great ease!

Andre and Bryce did a great job helping us clean up and dry out after a burst water pipe in our basement. Would definitely recommend ICC.

We found a small patch of mold in the attic of our new house. ICC was the only company we contacted that got back to us right away and got the ball rolling to get our mold remediation started. The technician who came out to do our inspection was thorough and addressed all my questions and concerns. Bryce was great to work with for our mold remediation. He was very communicative and kept me informed on the project. I would not hesitate to call them again if we need their services in the future.

ICC was here within 1/2 hour of our flood distress call at our business location. Brice was wonderful to work with. He and his team took care of all the water removal and made sure we were able to conduct business around the damage as we dried out. When it was negative 23 outside, the hot water pipe burst that runs through my garage. In a panic I called ICC, Brooke got me all set up to have the problem taken care of, along with sending referrals for plumbers.

Within 90 minutes, Bryce showed up, started removing drywall and insulation. Bryce was able to identify where the pipe had burst and what was the cause. After removing the affected material he set up a heater and fans. Three days later Bryce returned to check on the situation and gave everything an all clear.
