During the worst possible time of our life, ICC was our saving grace. Tim and his crew did everything to make things as seamless and as easy as possible for us to ease the burden. Jen was phenomenal at helping us figure out the paperwork and went above and beyond. The end result was amazing. ICC was very prompt and thorough with our basement water problem. They were able to start on the remediation same day I called and our basement is dry once again. Bryce was very professional and helpful.

All the work that was done was completed in a timely manner so we could get our house back to normal again.

Matt from ICC was at my home this afternoon for an inspection. I often smell moisture in my guest bedroom and was concerned there was a water leak.
Matt checked every corner and wall of the bedroom, and went outside to look for signs of water leaks.

Linsey did an outstanding job for us on our fridge waterline leak. She was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and did really great work. The experience to even get her to the house was excellent and efficient as well. I would use their services again anytime (but hope I never have to!)

SUPER responsive company. Pipe broke on Fathers Day around 3:00p they had a team (Bryce and Tori) out to the house in about 2hrs which worked perfect with us needing to move furniture/toys…out of the way. Great communication, they did a really great job. I will recommend them to others - not a fun situation, but they were really great to work with.

ICC has been great with our mold issues. Each time they come out the work they do is excellent. Bryce was friendly and explained everything clearly. Would recommend if you ever have water damage and are concerned about mold.

If you’re a woman I would not work with this company. As an educated female in the environmental toxin space, I asked a list of questions. When I went through three people who never answered one of the most important questions, Jeremy- called me.

He talked over me the entire time and told me I was wasting the companies time. Disgusting business ethic. If I was a man, and/or stupid, this wouldn’t have happened.

Incredible water mitigation work by the entire ICC team. We had a multi floor flood that inundated three levels of our 1908 house with water. When we first called any more fearing the worst, the water inundation was so extensive. Melissa and Rob came out shortly after we called and did all of the initial mitigation, reading moisture, marking hidden areas of moisture, and immediately installing industrial dryers and other equipment to suck up water inundation immediately. They also tore out sections of carpet padding and other things that or soaking up water in a way that would prevent draining.

The next day Andre came out and metered everything again, and started a more aggressive treatment that was designed to dry out all areas with the minimum amount of invasive techniques. He then went back to the shop and discussed the particular issues with Bryce, who worked with Andre to come up with some additional solutions for some of the affected areas.

Andre then monitored the situation for many days after the event, making sure that the moisture was receding at a good rate and adapting all of the equipment placement and usage as the areas affected reduced. Eight days later the entire place was metering dry, ready for a minimal amount of repairs before everything would be exactly like new.

I can't tell you how valuable it is to have so many skilled professionals at work on what felt at the time like a disaster. You want to feel in situation like this like you know who to talk to, who to call, who to trust to take care of something that seems like an impossible problem.

ICC was the answer for us. They took a disaster and turned it into a manageable problem with easy to understand and follow steps. More than that, they worked with our insurance to ensure that our adjuster knew the extent of the problems and the best ways to correct.

It's hard to imagine that there is a better water mitigation team in the twin cities. We are very grateful to ICC Restoration and Cleaning for their stellar services.

We had some flash flooding on our back patio that caused water to come over our window well and damage a couple rooms. It was a Saturday morning but Matt was able to come out within a couple hours to help hold off the damage and dry us out. Bryce with the final cleanup was great too. Long road ahead for the rebuild but these guys were huge in the process.
