The house I rent from was in desperate need of repair and the owner of the house I rent from hired BA Roofing. I wasn’t the one responsible for hiring them or signing their check, but felt like I had to leave a review since they did such a great job and were so curious and respectful. The roof looks phenomenal, they completed it in a quick and timely manner, and their professionalism blew me away. Highly recommend this company!

Blake and crew came in and did a fantastic repair job on my rubber roof after a tree fell on it. They came quickly and finished the job in no time for a very fair price. I would highly recommend their service!

James and his team went above and beyond to work with us and get what needed to be done, done. The crew was quick, respectful, and did great work. BA worked well with our insurance to get every possible thing fixed that needed to be. They were great communicators. We would 100% use them again in the future.

I called and talked to a Colleen (she was very friendly) about setting up an appointment for an estimate for a residential roofing. She said Blake (the salesman) would be out at 10:00 a.m. the next day. A half hour after 10 and he was still a no show and no call. (I had other plans later that afternoon) I called and told Colleen to just tell Blake to cancel the appointment. If the salesman can not make it on time and does not even call to inform you that he is going to be late, how can I trust him if there is a problem with anything through the project?

They did a great job working with our insurance company. They met with the company’s inspector and helped him document the damage. Once a new roof was approved they did a wonderful job of tearing off the old roof and replacing it in one day. They took great care to protect the house and our many plantings.
Overall, we’re very pleased with their service.

While looking into roofing material, BA Roofing went above and beyond to help us out despite not being an active client at the time. They are extremely product knowledgeable and put clients first, a trait that is unfortunately difficult to come by. After interacting with them, I would trust their quality and service!

Blake and the team from BA Roofing were great. I got a competitive quote on the removal of an unused chimney stack, and Blake was able to have a team out promptly. They did quality work and were able to match my shingles very well. I’ll be reaching out to BA Roofing when I eventually need to get the entire roof done.

It's nice to be able to trust the contractors you allow into your life! We had a professional and courteous experience with our roof inspection from BA Roofing after some recent storms and were relieved to hear that we did NOT receive roof damage. (Our neighbor's roof also cleared their inspection.) So good to know you can receive an honest answer from those whose livelihood depends on replacing roofs! When it is time, they will get my business!

Judging off all the other 5 star reviews, I was expecting my experience to be great with BA Roofing, but I didn't have the same experience sadly. I contacted Blake back in April, and he came out right away and took a look at my roof and explained everything thoroughly to me. He was very nice and it seemed like a good fit. I contacted insurance and Blake was kind enough to send photos to them, for them to write my claim.

Something after that changed. I waited 4 months for them to come out to take roof samples. They never, not once called me back to tell me an update. I had to be the one to call, and the woman in the office was so nice but didn't know much. Blake never called me back ever. I was so fed up by month 6 not hearing anything from them that I decided to take my business elsewhere, but I needed them to come put back the roof tiles that they took as samples.

I tried calling for weeks but continuously got placed on hold. I emailed Blake multiple times and never heard back. I had to scour the internet to find Blake's phone number and left him a message.

I understand if a company is busy and has bigger projects to work on. But if I've been in communication with you for months, I would appreciate updates along the way — good or bad.

It’s funny he responds and says he contacted me shortly after, but this was not the case. The last thing I had heard was samples were still off getting tested. Possible communication error on their part.

We had storm damage to our roof and gutters and we originally went with a different company, well that company didn't follow through and finish everything and they said they were no longer going to do our gutters and soft metals. We got a hold of Blake and he was wonderful and he communicated on everything. We would recommend Blake to anyone, he did a great job!

Blake is really great to work with. He is the real deal. He says what he can do and will follow thru from start to finish, and then some. Very refreshing. Blake was the only person of the 3 roofers we called to climb a ladder and inspect everything. We needed a new roof and gutters and I'm happy to say that we got a great roof installed and new gutters that look and work great.

What started as roof repair ended, thankfully, with roof replacement. I would not have know how to navigate the insurance and roofing system without the care and guidance from Blake and his staff. The roofing workers were absolutely exceptional in their efficiency, cleanliness of work area, and care of the individuals in (and out) of the home. Highly recommend, and am very grateful for their, and Blake's service.

I filed a claim with my insurance company after storm damage to my roof and choose BA Roofing for the replacement. The quality of work was great and I'm thankful to have had a reputable company to work with. I did encounter an obstacle with some communication and invoicing, but the Office Manager Colleen worked with me diligently to remedy my situation. I recommend BA Roofing and would use them again in the future.

Great experience working with BA Roofing. Blake and his team worked with me through an insurance claim. Given supply chain issues in 2021 and Minnesota weather, replacing my siding, windows and removing ugly orange brick from the front of my house and replacing it with an updated siding and ledgestone look, took longer than normal, But Blake stayed in touch keeping me informed as supplies came in and his various crews were scheduled and completed the work. He also stopped out frequently to review his crews work. On one trip he identified An issue when gutters were dropped to replace the facia, and that crew had damaged the roofing. Blake identified and corrected the situation, replacing the damaged shingles at no cost to me. Overall Blake advised me well and kept his promises. He also estimated well and billed what he quoted. I highly recommend the BA Roofing team!
