Ima tell yall like it is. I haven't been taking care of things like I should, life happens. I made a mess and I needed help to clean it. I called these guys at 7am on a Saturday morning ( with no notice ) and told them i needed help, I've got to clean this up.
In less than an hour and a half, they were at my house loading up my mess. These guys were punctual, respectful, professional, non judgemental, and all around good guys. This company does a hell of a job. 10/5 stars. If yall ain't using them, it's time to reevaluate life...just like I did. Amazing job guys, keep up the good work

Mr. Derayl Thomas went above and beyond assisting a handicapped person with multiple tasks(hanging a mailbox and taking down aluminium overhang).

I needed someone to come same day & these guys made it happen! They arrived on time and went straight to loading. They were able to load everything onto their trailer in less than 2 hours. The movers were efficient and careful with my doors and walls. They were very happy and friendly while working. I would definitely recommend this company.

Mr Derayl was so patient with me . He came the same day to remove a king size bed , chair and bike, and even assembled a bed I didn't know I would have placed in my bedroom. Derayl and his staff at Clean Out Pros, LLC did a great job breaking down an old hot tub, removing and cleaning up area post removal. Derayl was excellent at communicating both via text and via phone calls. Very professional, courteous, and punctual. I will definitely use him again when the need arises.

I couldn’t be happier with the service! I submitted a quote request, and Darrell got in touch with me right away and even came out that same afternoon to take a look. My old shed was completely removed just days later. The crew was professional, very nice, and had the whole thing taken down and hauled off in about an hour. I had gotten two quotes, and this was the better one, right in line with what I expected. If you want something done quickly and efficiently, this is the company to call. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with this company! I called late morning and received an estimate and they were able to work me in at the end of day. I received a call later with an estimated time and later a text when they were on the way. Derayl was prompt and professional. I’ll definitely hire them again in the future. Sleazy business. Even if you sign up for only a set amount of services and are told you have 0 services left on your account, they’ll still show up one day and perform more services and charge you full price. I didn’t request any services, but they did it anyways. There’s no way to cancel through the app, you have to go out of your way to call customer service or it’ll never stop. Then they refused to refund me for the service I didn’t request. Pathetic practice, and I advise anyone who’s reading this review to avoid this company. Who knows what other ways they have for cheating you and doing dirty business.
