The first repensenative that came to my residence was inexperienced and could not and did not tell me anything concerning my lawn. I did not receive a text or phone call prior to the second repensenative coming out for a consult, he showed up and left. While sitting at home I recieved a text that the representative was complete with my lawn care and no one ever showed up. My wife was home all day and I was home two minutes after I recieved the text that he would be there shortly. Mind you i called my wife and informed her that I recieved the text. This has been an unpleasant experience. This company has been very unprofessional as the way this has been handled. I asked for a manager to call me after the second occurrence and a lady called saying the manager is not available and she works close with the manager. If I could have given a rate (0) zero I would have

I am not satisfied with their Customer Service! I did not request that my yard be aerated this year because they did such a poor job last year. They did it anyway without my authorization. I told them that I would not pay for it because it was as poor service as last year's aeration. I have now received a bill and notice from a collection agency demanding payment for my aeration. I really don't appreciate having my account turned over to Collection for poor service on their part.

Service is always announced by phone at least one day in advance. The service reps are efficient and respectful. We’ve seen good results.

I have used TruGreen for a number of years in the past. I’m glad to be back so they can and will fix my lawn problems. They are very dependable. Thank you, Pam Bailey

Vincent came as scheduled to perform our TruGreen service. He came to door and explained what he did. He was professional and polite.

The staff are great in working with clients. My only concern is that they don't follow up when they see lawn issues to see if their solution resolved the issue. I have had 2 applications so far this year as regularly scheduled and i still have weeds.

With TruGreen, my lawn, shrubs and trees have improved tremendously. I am very pleased and just renewed my annual contract. The reps that service our lawn and shrubs are very friendly, very knowledgeable and always take the time to answer our questions and make recommendations. My wife walks around with the shrub and tree rep and she learns a lot about care of these plants. Would recommend TruGreen to anyone.

Jeremie was very helpful today. I had questions about the application and followup and Jeremie took the time to answer all my questions. He was very patient and professional.

TruGreen service is customized to my yard and relieves me of the task of figuring out what my yard needs and when it needs it. The service reps are always cordial and efficient. As a result my yard stays weed-free and looks good year-round.

Great response time to begin a complete lawn, shrub, and pest control program. Very professional and courteous service. I have a fairly heavily landscaped yard and it was getting a little ahead of my efforts to adequately care for all of it's needs. I look forward to Trugreen keeping it as one of the most pleasing to the eye in my neighborhood.

I have been with Trugreen for about 9 years. The service was excellent in the early years but has gotten progressively worse.

This year, they delayed my fungicide application and thus missed the fungus treatment timing...and I had large areas of brown patch in my centipede grass that died. I eventually went to the co-op and bought fungicide and treated it myself. It is just now recovering and filling in the dead patches.

The other reason that I retain Trugreen is for weed control, and they have completely missed on that goal as well. My yard is covered with nut grass and some other assorted sedge weeds, and they cannot seem to kill it. This has been a problem all year. They are good about coming back but to no avail.. They made another free extra treatment a couple weeks ago and I don't think it killed a single sedge weed.

They never send the same guy to your house so there is no ownership or continuity to be proactive on yard issues. I think they are too busy to care about quality of service. They are here about 10 min on a one-acre yard and are quickly on to the next one.

I pay them about $1,000 a year and I am planning to change. The Jackson branch has gone from very good to very bad over the years....very disappointing.

As usual, the specialist arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job. The difference between our lawn and untreated lawns is quite obvious. We have been approached a number of times by competitors that promise to do it "faster, better, and cheaper" but have declined their offers.

Yes when you talk to them on the phone as a paying customer they are kind and courteous. But once you cancel the services for not only no visible sign of improvement, but I also complained they introduced weeds I didn't have before into my yard. I would have left it at that and not written this, but for a year and a half now I have asked them to quit calling me. I have asked nicely, I have been ugly I have yelled and now I just hang up. It is to the point they are now in harassing me. And I am sure it is intentional. Do yourself a favor. Don't get involved. It will never, ever end.

UPDATE: The company has seen my post, know my complaint and continue harassing me. Calling my phone though I have repeatedly asked them to take me off their call list. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have never been so disappointing in TruGreen as I am hear. I have had TruGreen in MN and they were amazing. My lawn turned from weeds to a thick plush lawn. Hear they leave a note that they have done something, yet my husband was in the back yard and all day and never seen anyone. I left a message yesterday for the manager to call and no call has come as yet. I am ready to cancel my service.

The guy who took care of my lawn today was a real professional and very respectful and knowledgeable person. Thank you Sir for a job well done

The Tru Green experience I had for this last treatment was great.
Also, when I had problems with the service, Tru Green would make the situation right for the customer.

Thaddeus who oil care of my lawn was incredibly professional and did and amazing job. He spent time with me to go over a few things and gave me some pointers. I truly hope I get him again and can’t wait to actually have a yard without weeds!!!!!

Came to the house informed me what was good to be done, finished the job and left some information. Thought he did a fine job.
