Ethan M was very helpful. He applied fertilizer and weed control treatments to my lawn. He told me that it wouldn’t hurt the dogs and they could be let out in about an hour. Ethan answered all my questions.

I had my first experience with TruGreen today, and it was absolutely amazing. Mr. Thaddeus W arrived early with such a great attitude to be out before 8am. If this type of attitude keeps up, we may be in for a long relationship with each other. Thank You TruGreen!

I ordered service over the phone and told the rep I wanted fertilizer and herbicide treatment only. He mentioned lime treatment although I did not need nor want it. However, after my first service I was billed $70 for a lime treatment. This unscrupulous rep added lime to my order after simply mentioning it to me. Beware of this unethical practice.

Great customer service on the phone and the supervisors are courteous, but they just don't perform the services you pay for. So many times I have seen on cameras that the services were not performed and CS apologized, supervisor reaches out, visits the house, gets it retreated. Time and time again I look and see they they spend less than 1 minute on the property to treat right around the truck, leave a ticket on the door and drive off. I'm tired of having to call and go through so many prompts to get a human not even in town. It's easier to deal with a local business.

Jamar is a really great technician. He answered all of my questions and promptly got to work. Great worker!

If you have a manager/specialist available, I would like a visit. I have a bad fungus problem, grey leaf spot & maybe Take All Root Rot, which I began to treat last fall, but unsuccessfully. Please call if you can arrange an on site visit with a manager/technical representative. Thank you

My service today was great the young man and I talked he explained what he was doing, and he did a great job, Thank you TRU GREEN.

My technician is so kind and friendly when he arrives. He is knowledgeable about his job and knows exactly what my yard needs. He tells me everything he does to my yard and makes sure I understand. When my technician, Ethan M, arrived at my house today, he took the time to educate me on the different types of grass that I have in my yard and how to properly care for it. He encourages me to ask questions and takes time to explain his process. He genuinely cares and is passionate about his job and my yard.

My experience with TruGreen has been great withe the exception of chatting with the server. I am home most times service is rendered but I never get the chance to ask questions or for suggestions. Overall service has been excellent. !

Garland, my lawn specialist, is an asset to TruGreen. I trust his opinion. He is professional and a hard worker.

The longer I am with Truegreen, the less happy we are. We have been with you for too many years to continue having the SAME weeds. And we get tired making appts (esp on weekends) and they don’t show or call! Very unprofessional! Too much $$$ for nothing!

Had a horrible experience last year and cancelled my service contract…after a lot of thinking and I decided to try again this year…mainly because I had absolutely no desire to tackle this on my own. The gentleman that came out arrived in a timely manner and was very thorough in his findings and recommendations as well. So far so good Ethan, I look forward to a great year of service from you and your company.

Lawn looks a lot better, but I would like to see it a little more greener.

Update. They sent a knowledgeable man out i just hope he stays on my account to spray every time he chase on time respectful explained actions for my concerns still
took2 weeks to get him out and over 3 hours on the phone..not his fault the offices at call center fault
They need to get rid of virtual assistance and talk to there customers ! We don't want to talk to a computer and give vauthority to schedule appt when a issue arises !
As for the man who came out ..top shelf service. Because of him I will give them another chance

Hired them ..still have weeds called for weeks said someone called. Been a week nobody called i have dogs i doubt he's ever been in the backyards as I never knew when they were coming them scheduled for 2 days w 4 different people the idiots still came out on the day I wasn't there
How do I get a truegreen business
Charge money and you don't do a thing never follow up never treat lawns i want this make money and do nothing.

I was glad to be able to speak with my technician, Leonard, and talk about some specific problems I was seeing with my weed control. I felt like he listened to my concerns and addressed them with the treatment he provided.

Local franchise owner John Wickerham and his field representative William Beggiani provide attentive hands on service that is second to none. Highly recommend them. Just don’t ever call the Tru Green Call Center though. You can’t understand a word the foreigners say and they are rude when you ask them to repeat what they said. Bring the Call Center back to the USA please.

Thank you Garland for your help today with my shrubs. Garland was polite and explained to me what he was doing and how it would help keep mites away. I was very satisfied

I contacted Trugreen 4 weeks ago. I even stopped by the Jackson office to get copies of my last year's records. The manager gave me the records and said he'd come to Madison to check out the lawn. I still haven't seen anyone from Trugreen and it's been almost 2 weeks.

In court today I was told the city wanted $300 for the weeds in my yard. Now I have to go to trial.

The tech tells me step by step what they are doing and why. Very polite guy. Leonard was very polite and helpful. He did his job very well. And really knows his job. Great job

I am writing this, not for myself, but for my brother who lives in Madison and employed this company-specifically Madison, MS, where he resides...sadly on MY recommendation from a GOOD experience in Washington State. He is here with me now, visiting and the words you see after this are his:

As my sister indicated, I hired Tru Green in Madison on her recommendation. They had done a great job for her in Washington and I had hopes I'd get the same quality service. This was NOT the case.

I hired the company for a year - cost over $700 for the year. They promised to take care of my lawn for that time period with no additional cost.

I only saw a representative twice. One time the service guy spoke to me and answered my questions. The second time, I asked the service guy to see me after he treated the lawn - he just disappeared without contacting me again.

My lawn now looks worse than before they began treating the lawn. I have weeds throughout the lawn and large brown patches of bare dirt. They also tried to charge me after 9 months, not keeping to their original agreement. I eventually got that money back, but the lawn is in terrible shape.

Avoid hiring this company. They do NOT stand behind their product and the customer service sucks.
