Alexander seemed to be very interested in the condition of my lawn. And reassured me of TruGreen’s commitment over the coming months to bring it back to how it looked some years back.

The Trugreen associate knocked on my door to let me know that he had arrived. He was very professional. He promptly completed his work and was on his way.

Technician was great. Did a good job.

My call from TG that I have a scheduled treatment was same day it happened. The call is supposed to happen 2 days before. I have brought this to supports attention the last 2 treatments. This is happening regularly. This is a negative issue.

I can honestly say, they made my lawn worse. I have more weeds and bare spots now than when I moved in. Families with no lawn care service have better looking lawns than mine. I would not recommend this company for anything. They are lazy, miss spots and charge for fertilizer and weed prevention that does not work. It appears that they sprayed grass killer and weed grower on my lawn. I can’t prove that but that is what the results say. I feel that the Jackson, MS location does not understand how to properly fertilize and kill weeds. I had better success when I used their services in Memphis, TN. Upon reading other reviews it seems that others feel the same way. I feel like they don’t spend enough time on my lawn as well. Each time it is serviced it is by a different person. This branch needs to Make sure the same tech is visiting monthly to ensure your lawn looks great.

Lucky’s Tree Experts were extremely professional and did an amazing job!! The crew went above and beyond with the care they took to not damage my house and yard, along with doing a thorough cleanup of debris and even blew the leaves in my yard. It was impressive to watch their rigging experience while cutting large branches over my house and seeing them carefully lowered exactly as they planned. We highly recommend this tree service and look forward to having them return in the future for additional work.
