Raquel was very responsive. The crew was fast, thorough, professional. They changed out my duct work in a day! And came in under estimate! They cleaned up all the duct work they took out, too!

I called Modern Air on Friday afternoon to set an appointment for a technician to come do a summer check up on my unit. Remembering to schedule maintenance had slipped my mind. Appt was set for Monday morning. I received a call stating the technician was on his way. I was sent a text stating Caleb (and a photo of him) was my tech. He promptly arrived, checked out side and in my attic. Friendly, clean and well dressed. Explained what he did. I was thrilled that everything was in good order. I also got a follow-up text asking me for a review of service rendered. Of course, having had purchased, installed and maintained by Modern Air, I have come to realize the outstanding integrity and quality of this company. I’m now on a fixed schedule with them so I don’t ever forget to maintain my unit for maximum performance! Thanks Caleb and thanks Modern Air!

The technician (Caleb) that came out was outstanding. Same day service, unfortunately our system couldn't be saved. They were super quick with a quote, super nice on the phone, quick to schedule a replacement. I would recommend them to anyone!

Modern air did great. Doug came out and was very helpful with a condenser repair.

They bailed us out big time on a Saturday. Had us back up and cooling in an hour. Tech was at my home in less than an hour. Diagnosed the problem immediately and took care of it. Very courteous and polite from start to finish.

Tommy was very thorough with handling our problem with our hot water heater and explained what was going on. He had it working before he left. We will continue to use Modern Air for all our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Very pleasant and hardworking technician. He came at the exact time he was scheduled. He gave me choices on a couple of needs and explained fully the reasons for making the improvements. However, I cannot honestly compare prices since I have not checked with other companies.

I have never used Modern Air before today, but they will certainly be my go to HVAC service in the future. I called the office number to make an appointment and within an hour Evan was at my door. Evan was very polite and professional. He found the problem and made a recommendation that save me thousands of dollars. I have the utmost respect for his honesty. The fix is not the permanent solution, but he explained all the options and I chose the one that suited my pocketbook for know. I highly recommend Modern Air for any of your HVAC needs.

Heating unit stopped working, I contacted Modern Air and was added to their schedule for that day shortly after our conversation I was sent a text message which confirmed my appointment and included a picture of the technician schedule to repair my heating unit, the problem was identified in less than 8 minutes, and repaired in less than 15 minutes.

Scheduled online after hours. Was sent tech's name and picture guest thing next morning. Tech was on-site by 8:30 next morning. Evan was polite and knowledgeable. Kept me updated and explained problem and options with cost before work was done. Answered all questions and worked quickly and efficiently. Modern is always our call for HVAC problems.

EXCEPTIONAL, FAST, & HONEST SERVICE! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely desire to help their customers. From the office staff (Candace) to the repairman (Doug), the Starkville team has been wonderful. I lost heat the day of the first freeze in December. I made a call at 7am and I had a new HVAC motor installed by noon. Very thankful to Mark Welch and the Modern Air team.
