We love being on their maintenance plan! It’s nice not to have to worry about keeping our system up-to-date and anytime we’ve had a problem they’ve promptly come to help us for a reasonable price and a discount for being on the plan. Every person they’ve sent out has been respectful and thorough. Best decision we’ve made!

We were able to get an appointment scheduled for the day after we called. Billy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained in detail the current condition of our furnace with photos. He got us up and running on a temporary basis, until we can get a permanent fix. Highly recommend Environment Masters.

Don't hesitate giving Environment Masters a call! Ryan and Chris came out today, and just like everyone else who Environment Masters sends out, were amazing! They were efficient and did fantastic work. They explained everything to me and helped me think through all of the details about their work. They answered all of my questions and helped me understand what I needed to do to get the most out of our HVAC systems.

Had a major leak that was beginning to stress my whole family, because of the residual effects. Have had several plumbers come out to check, with no luck. Nick got out of his truck, and his focus/attention to detail were immediately noticeable. Within 20min he had located not 1, but 2 seperate issues. Even after making the repairs, his diligence was still on display. He REFUSED to leave before ensuring me that I had ZERO leaks!...which consisted of him visually/physically checking several other points, in/around my house. I would highly recommend the Environment Masters, because the hospitality/concern for my issue started with the initial conversation with the dispatch woman. It was her approach that made me feel comfortable with choosing them. Personally, should another issue arise, I will be calling them again. However, Nick set the bar so high that I would have to request that he be the one to come out. #SatisfiedCustomer

Had a problem with new smoke detector and buzzing in wall. Jack came out and took care of it quickly. He was super helpful and courteous. Very pleased with the service from Environment Masters. Will be adding their HVAC maintenance membership to keep our AC running properly.

Overall, a very positive experience with a team that genuinely worked hard to make a difficult situation right. The reason for four stars instead of five is simply the overall timeline—it took about two weeks for us to get hot water back, which appears to have been due to part availability and possible shipping delays rather than anything within the technicians’ control.

The team initially attempted a repair, and it wasn’t until that work began that it became clear a more internal component of the water heater had failed and that a full replacement would be the better solution. They handled this with integrity and did not charge us for the repair since the part ended up not being the fix.

Once we decided to move forward with a new water heater, everything moved quickly. They went out of their way to secure us an 8:00 AM appointment the very next day, and the installation was completed efficiently. Every technician we worked with was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. A big shoutout to Stephen, Isiac, Jake, and Timmy for their excellent service and communication. Despite the longer timeline, I truly appreciate the effort and care the team showed in making things right.

I spoke with Jaylan from Environment Masters for the customer, Henry Bolls, and I was very impressed with this young man. He was very professional and explained all that needed to be repaired/replaced for my brother. I have pleaded with Henry for many years to have a professional company representative come to see what actually needed to be done to correct the many plumbing issues he has had for several years and he finally allowed me to contact your company. I can only imagine the peace of mind he will have once all the work is completed. I pray he will never have ongoing issues as he has had. Thank you so much.

Met with Josh to get an estimate for a whole house generator back system. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He has a vast knowledge and can easily answer any questions that I had. He is definitely a great asset for Environment Masters.

Matt, project manager was very nice and helped me to find the best fit of product for my needs. Billy came to fix my old unit and gave options to resolve the mechanical issues. Electrical meter torn from the house during icestorm by falling tree branches. EM took my call, sent out a tech, and completed my job to perfection. My tech's name was Jack. He is the greatest!!! Following my reconnect by PS, everything came up except the electricity...EM sent Charles out and he diagnosed the need...and addressed it. This company has done an excellent job caring for my electrical needs.

Showed up timely, was courteous and quiet as our kids were asleep. He even put on shoe covers. We had multiple questions regarding our system that they looked into and gave us feedback on. Called one day, and their Tech (Billy) came the very next day at time specified. He performed the routine maintenance along with some other requested tasks. Work was done thoroughly and in a timely, but not rushed, manner.

I made a service request yesterday. The technician from Modern Air showed up on time today, worked diligently to solve my issue and then gave me a report so that I can get the electric issue resolved. Very impressed with the level of professionalism.
