I called HUX at 5:00 p.m. the lady that answered was so professional and polite. Within 5 minutes I had a call from the technician telling me he was about 30 minutes out and he was here in 20 minutes. Zack was so professional, he took me step by step to let me know what was going on and what we needed to get my unit up and running. Literally 30 minutes later I’m with air again. The price was reasonable, the service was EXCELLENT and he definitely has me as a customer. He also offered other reasonable services to help maintenance my unit that I will definitely be calling him again This day and time it’s GREAT THAT PEOPLE STILL GIVE GOOD OLE FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Chose the best family owned company to call. I highly recommend them because when a small issue turns into a huge problem you WANT them in your corner. They advised me on how my unit wasn't working and gave me my options. Never pushed me to make a sale. Genuinely gave me the best advice and sprang into action immediately to get my air on in 3 days so my granddaughter could have a cool house for her birthday party!

I never have complaints about Hux. They are always on time, get in and get the work done. Prices are competitive. Have used them for years and highly recommend. We bought our current vac from them. Installation and checkups have been great.

Where to start with singing Tyler's praises? I'm every tradesman's nightmare; I ask every possible question, and I don't hesitate to challenge any suggested solution. Tyler took it all in stride. When the morning after his visit, I texted him with a new concern, he came back to my house and spent two hours re-analyzing my problem to arrive at a new solution that addressed my concern. And the next day, when I texted him with more questions, he phoned me from the airport, where he was waiting to depart on vacation! This is customer service at its finest.

Austin Higginbotham did a great job & You all are so very blessed to have this young man working for You…. He knows what He’s doing & Very Professional…. I would definitely recommend Him to Anyone that needs a Air & Heat Technician….. He’s 5-Star in My Wife & My Book for Sure….. 👍👍👍

Had a different plumbing company out 2 times to address an issue and they couldn't figure it out and told us to find HVAC people to get the job done. Called environment masters, they came out same day sent a knowledgeable hvac tech who went above and beyond to try and figure out our issue. Turns out we do need a plumber so he got us on the schedule with a plumber immediately and tried everything he could to find the problem before he left. Will highly reccomend them to anyone and will definitely be our go to people from here on out.

Mason was great! Super personable! He let us watch and explained everything. He did great work with two kids and I watching over his shoulder. I would definitely recommend him and Environment Maters. They came out in a hurry and got us cooling off as quickly as possible!

I had a plumbing emergency and a different company came out first, fixed the symptom, but said they wouldn't be able to repair the cause for up to two weeks. I had called so many plumbing services and everyone said the same 1-2 weeks before someone could even come look at it!
I called Environment Masters - who I wish I had called first - and the gal on the phone was SO understanding and helpful and said she would send someone out first thing in the morning to inspect it and see how much they could repair then and game plan to complete.
Nicholas B. came out and was SO thorough! He didn't just look at the one spot, he inspected my entire sewage system and found multiple failure points. It is going to be a big job, but he was able to make some repairs right then, and due to the severity they are working to expedite replacements. Nicholas found and showed me damage I wasn't even aware of. He was also alarmed by the advice the previous plumbing service has given me regarding my issue, as it was very bad/dangerous advice.

Environment Masters are the only company we will be using for our plumbing issues!

Brad C. Came to the house to do a safety inspection and when I told him the blower fan went out on me, he didn't skip a beat. He double checked it, found me a replacement and got it installed. Appointment was at 0830 and I was headed to work before 11am. Great job!!!

He was friendly, professional, and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. He took care of the job quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. So. We had someone come out to get a quote to replace a wax ring....400 dollars for less than an hour of work and a 5 dollar part.

This feels like highway robbery. I get it they're fast and probably good at what they do. But clearly they are more interested in lining their pockets than taking care of their customer's

Don't be fooled by their high reviews, they're likely either paid for or they aggressively ask their customers to leave reviews.

Nick was so helpful and quick. We discovered a leak on Friday evening. I tried calling another plumber that evening, but the soonest they could come was Tuesday. I called Environment Masters Saturday. Nick came on Sunday and found the leak in our yard and had it fixed in no time. So thankful for his quick, quality work!!

So, after Nick left the first time, the hot water wasn't as hot. A quick call back and Nick was pulling in and got us squared away in no time. Water was piping hot and only coming from and going to the places it needed to! I love this guy and how knowledgeable he is. Absolutely recommend the company! Asking for him every time!

Brad has serviced our units several times over the years and does a great job, efficiently with good communication. Gotta love his tats and now working on a handlebar mustache. Glad he’s the one coming by.

It’s an added bonus that they offer a reasonably priced maintenance plan to service semi-annually to help prevent future problems with your system. I would highly recommend them.
