Words can't describe how awesome these guys are. They took out my old AC units and furnaces and installed 2 new ones of both in a 2 day span, and worked extra hours on the last day to insure it was done before the weekend hit and cleaned up when they were done. They were very professional and friendly. They are the Harlem Globetrotters of Air Conditioning.

When I called Hux Air Conditioning, there was no delay waiting on them to arrive. The response was quick and efficient. Ad was changes from Hux AC out of Mendenhall which I rated not the one showing (I AM NOT familiar with AC business in Jackson).
Once insurance cleared Us to do a replacement they showed up the next day and did a complete removal and reinstall in one day. Called and also sent text notifying when technician was on the way and was there when they said they would be. Worked with me even though insurance required extra work on their part to validate what happened. Thanks Hux AC, see y’all again next time.

They go beyond the call and are very Christian people who will be our go to people for the maintenance on our new system we purchased from them and anything else needed in the department. And now, our Mother happily enjoys the benefits of the newly installed Trane Gas System. But what touched our family's heart the most was your patience and kindness explaining and teaching our 80 years old Mother who lives in MS. I wholeheartedly recommend Hux A/C!! They were great to work with! They sent someone out the same day that I called and had a new unit installed with some new ductwork and fresh insulation blown in all within a matter of a few days!!

The compressor was making a strange noise. Hux checked the current draw to the compressor motor and fan motor and they were within spec. He installed some padding under the fan grill and the noise went away. I was relieved that there was no impending failure. No charge from Hux since we are on their maintenance program. Very reassuring.

Very timely & thorough. Extremely courteous & left everything just as he found it! Most of the time after a repair person leaves you are stuck cleaning up after them. The work area was left very tidy. Found our Heating & AC company for our home! They were the best!!! Also so reasonably priced!

We needed the ductwork redone under our trailer. They came out same day as called and gave us an excellent price. The work was done quickly and efficiently on the day I scheduled it to be done. They were here on time and left at the time they said they would be finished. My energy bill went from over $400 to less than $200 a month. 5 stars for these guys!
