D’Vonne with Reeds did a fantastic job for us when we were in a real pinch. We called at 6:30AM with a broken AC and 50 people from out of town scheduled to come to our house on a 90 degree day. He was here by 7:30 and by 8 had it diagnosed and repaired. Pricing was reasonable and he was very transparent on everything he did. He was a pleasure to work with and we are so thankful he was able to fit us in last minute when he heard our situation. A real life safer

Not very reasonable as name suggests. Took all day and upcharged every chance. I have had a whole unit placed in before previous years in less time than the technician took today. He was at my home from 9am to almost 3pm. 1,000 dollars later then the coils need to be replaced too and ordered. Would take weeks to come in. Would highly not recommend at all.

Update: received second opinion and air fixed though the whole day was pretty wasted just before easter weekend as they were at my home all day. My blower motor was out. I was charged for leak test, capacitor, wiring etc. Yet, it was the simple blower motor out. They proclaimed it needed coils and charged all these things. Yet, it was the motor. Thankfully it is fixed now by a second opinion. 😁

Arrived earlier than I had been told. Nice young man. He explained leak test and charge for refrigerant. I asked to just add refrigerant today and get me cooking. He explained every he was doing and when he didn’t have enough refrigerant to fully charge my unit he said he would come back tomorrow and take care of the additional freon without another service fee. I was very pleased with everything and with their pricing.

I've used Reeds several times and I have not been disappointed yet. They'll contact you to service your heating unit to prepare for the winter. There hasn't been anything that they couldn't fix because I have an old old unit but they were able to fix the problems. And they will show up on short notice and on time. I would highly recommend this company and the subscription they offer. It's worth it.

D’Vode was so kind and helpful to our family. He got our heat working very quickly. Our family is thankful God brought him to our house today! We are very happy to have a warm home tonight! May God richly bless D’Vode-Reed’s is the Best!

Mr. Reed is professional and his communication is very clear and detailed. Concerning the price market for heating and cooling services, this company truly lives up to the name REED’S “REASONABLE” HEATING AND COOLING.

Dvode and service techs are very courteous, polite and professional. They know what they're doing and take the time to explain everything that was done. I highly recommend Reed's to anyone looking for a professional team to take care of their ac / heating concerns.

After less than stellar service after maintenance (two units went down completely due to Reed's installing incorrect capacitors causing two motors to fail) I am still waiting for the parts promised AND they are still charging me monthly. I like to give local business the benefit of the doubt but I have reached out multiple times and the replacement capacitors have not been sent.

Fast and Responsive. It's definitely in the name 'reasonable'. We will definitely be using them for any AC needs and you should too!

We would recommend Reed’s Reasonable Heating and Cooling to anyone needing AC service. From setting up the service call to Tayshaun coming out for the service everyone was very kind, professional, and prompt. They have a great team and wonderful customer service! We will be using them in the future for service needs.

I called late Thursday night to report an issue. It was offered to have a technician out Thursday night, however, the temperature was bearable through the night, so I asked for Friday. Our technician Andrew arrived by 8:30am, and he was able to replace the thermostat and capacitor immediately. He was so extremely professional. I would absolutely recommend Reed’s! Thank you so much!

Kristen was very helpful and friendly. D’Vonne did an outstanding job. He was efficient and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend. And, get the Membership and save some $$.

They came out at 8:30pm and did a leak search (I didn’t get one the first time, they said I should)…great service. Also, once the leak was identified, the parts were installed the next day in the blazing heat. Excellent company.

Ashley gave me great customer service and quickly responded to my leaking A/C issue to get a tech out ASAP. D'Vore the tech was professional, prompt, thorough and talked me through the pictures to explain the issue and how it was resolved. Outstanding service.

Ac went out. He came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem highly recommend him.

After identifying my leak and fixing my coil, all within a day mind you, my AC is running like a top. I signed up for the membership and they come out and test and clean your AC twice a year to make sure everything is working correctly. Well worth it.

Service was excellent. It was just a preventive maintenance service, and that's what he did. Total Service, to make sure the unit was working properly.
