My experience with Reed’s was exceptional! If you know me, you know my grading scale isn’t curved. The first point of contact set the tone. The young lady was polite, knowledgeable and made me feel as if my business was valued. After scheduling my appointment, I received a follow-up text confirming my expectations, as promised.

The service technician Andrew, made it within the confirmed time. I was notified via text, as promised (communication can be a business deal breaker). Andrew pulled up prepared and ready to be the solution. As he assessed the situation, he communicated his findings. He was confident in his specialty and willing to complete the task at hand. Most would say well, that’s his job. I must say, it’s refreshing for a company to execute from beginning to end with the same “spirit of excellence,” when multiple individuals are involved. A team is a reflection of its leadership. I’m grateful for today’s results and delighted to be reminded good business is still in existence!

The service provider was very respectful. He was very knowledgeable and got our air running in a short time. He didn't have to call for directions, before we knew it, he was knocking on the door. It was after hours so, there will be a fee for that as well as the cost for parts and labor. I loved the way he took care of his business. I would recommend, but make sure you are willing to pay D'Vode before dialing that number.

Service was provided at Kut-N-Fit Wellness Club for which I’ve been dealing with a mini split working occasionally.
Dvoe came and assessed the probable cause both inside and out and thoroughly explained his findings. We now are blowing snowballs for the comfort of our members!

When are people going to learn that "black owned" does NOT mean "best". Frankly, the moment somebody comes at me with their "black owned" business experience, I show them the door. Because we're talking about an HVAC system, which has absolutely nothing to do with race, and EVERYTHING to do with ability and experience.

We were VERY pleased with the Technician. He took pictures of our system and showed us the problem before he offered advice on fixing. We knew exactly what we needed before he fixed anything. Most importantly he took pictures of Systems once the work was completed and showed our system was lack and showed us how our system came back to the proper working order. Mr. Reed responded to give me an estimate on clearing a clogged dryer vertical vent/booster fan. When he arrived he was professionally dressed and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We went up into the attic and he immediately began assessing the issue. After about 30-40 minutes of explaining and demonstrating to me the issue and deconstructing the booster fan and vent tubes, he said you can save yourself some money by doing this yourself…you can do it.

I agreed, the teacher, Mr. Reed showed me where the screws go and reconstruction of the venting. I thanked him and he left, without wanting a dime for his time and effort. A bit nervous, I went to work and finished the job.

I highly recommend this honest, friendly, knowledgeable and professional young man.
