All seemed well with the scheduling and repair. I gave my credit card info to them over the phone and the job was done. I haven’t received a copy of the invoice, breakdown of charges or even how much my card was charged. It’s been a couple of days and still no word from Environment Masters. Hassle Free? I guess so but looks like they’ve left off a very important part.

Issac was great! Very polite, extremely knowledgeable, he answered all my questions with patience. For a person who had no knowledge of what needed to be done (me), it was a great experience to have someone come out who was willing to walk me through the process. Thank you Issac!

Had a stoppage and leak in older bathroom sink. Called this morning to make an appointment and Jaylan was able to come out same day and repair the issue in a matter of maybe 10 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

Chris was extremely detailed in installing. He navigating some old issues that came with the house and successfully installed our new high-efficiency equipment. Highly recommend.

This technician knew how to diagnose, fix the problem, and utilized other opinions from other tech to catch another problem which prevented the furnace from firing. He was thorough and explained it all very well and fixed it.
We were very happy that it was fixable.

Joseph was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the issue and the repair parts needed. He also provided us with pricing for several different options and went into detail to explain the pros and cons of upgrading to a tankless water heater.

I am completely blown away at the service time of the technician. The tech came out, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part needed, and installed it all in one sitting. Altogether took about 2 hours. This really sold me and what made me a customer. The only bummer was the price of repair (Almost $500 for 30 minutes of work). You might get swallowed if the part isn't on warranty.

After realizing it had been a while since my last maintenance for our heating and AC, I decided to reach out to environment Masters. I received the service technician, Austin, in a somewhat guarded manner, since my main goal was to get information about the status of my system. However, Austin was very down to earth and knowledgeable. He easily explained some of the concerns around my unit and gave me multiple options that I could use to solve the problems. Austin also was happy to show me anything I had questions about and walk me through his thought process. I was happy to ask Austin to come back to do some needed maintenance on my system. Again, I'm usually fairly skeptical of what might be a sales pitch, but I was happy that he identified concerning issues, showed me the problems, and presented me multiple options. I'll look forward to interacting with Austin in the future, and I'm glad that I used environment Masters.

Paul did a great job! He responded quickly, fixed my AC in minutes, and helped me know how to maintain and prevent further problems. I am so glad I called Environment Masters.Jessica came out to do my maintenance and she was wonderful. Knowledgeable, efficient and glad to have her.

Jacob and his crew from Environment Masters installed a new HVAC System at my house. The entire process was communicated well. I never felt pressured to buy anything unnecessary. The installation appears well done and all trash was cleaned up. Well done!

Daniel is an excellent representative of this company. They have consistently done good work. He is patient, thorough, and extremely professional. He also takes the time to explain everything. This is my third time working with Enviro Masters, and I plan to use them in the future.

I had a water leak under my driveway. After all the work busting the concrete and finding the leak (it was small) I had problems doing the repair. Daniel came and he is my hero. Hard work, respectful, and an all around great person. I wish I had called him sooner and saved myself so much misery and trouble. He is awesome.

Actually my service was not a repair, just maintenance that was already paid for.... Had my new tankless hot water heater filter replaced after two years. James was very nice and knowledgeable and was finished very quickly.
