I have to assume that I received a fair price for the complete new Trane unit which cost $9267.27. My builder used Modern Air to install the new Trane units when my house was built in 2009-2010. I have always been please with the service that I received when I have a break down in one of the units. The bottom line is that the manufacturers of all brands of all products generally don't make things to last like they once did. Anyway the two young men, Caleb and Ray that installed the new unit were very nice and respectful and worked constantly except for a short lunch break. They answered questions without hesitation and used yes sir and no sir frequently! These young men are good ambassadors for Modern Air.

Modern Air has helped us out on several occasions. They are prompt, professional and do excellent work. A company with integrity.

My AC stopped working and Evan came quickly and did an extremely thorough and professional job repairing the problem. He even uncovered that another AC repair company had converted my system’s refrigerant to one that’s rarely used and then failed to label the change on the unit. Thank goodness he caught the change and saved me lots of misery and $$$ down the road!

Modern Air has been very Professional ever since the first unit installed for us in 2005. Any issue that I’ve had has always been resolved promptly. It was good to see Robert again. He has been to my house many times. Knowledgeable, Professional, Personable. All around Great Guy. All of Modern Air staff have been great. I called today to get maintenance done on my AC. Evan came today and did a great job expertly and quickly. I will always use them for any HVAC issues.

I called mid morning for a service call. Our heat did not work the night before. They were able to have a technician come shortly after lunch. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He got us fixed right up. I’m very happy. Good business.

$225 to diagnose my problem is not a good price! If you want $225 to tell me what YOU think is wrong...I can't imagine what it will cost to do the repair...whatever it may be. I'd like to deal with some down to earth pricing.

After calling Modern Air, on the weekend, i got a return call back pretty much right away. I explained my need and he came out shortly after our conversation. He was professional and polite. He went right to work. Found the issues and was able to get us back going.

Modern Air installed our units and have been prompt to call us about the arrival of a repair man - sending us a text with the name and picture with an accurate time of arrival. The unit has run flawlessly until we hit a glitch!! They did a great job ! We were very happy with the repair service and the knowledge of the staff member sent.

To start I am an electrician. I’ve been in the construction industry for right at 43 years. I own my own business and strive to do and be as professional as possible in every job I do.
I hired Modern Air to come out and figure out the issue with my home A/C system. Long story short it was bad and the guys came out and replaced the old system with new one. Price that was quoted was very fair and the technicians were some of the best I’ve worked around. Of course I’m old school, but these young guys were professional, polite, and personable!
