Showed up on time, eliminated over 10(plus) years of build up on my driveway like it was nothing. they spray by hand, then bring out a giant scrub machine to really get the grime out. very interesting to watch. thought we’d end up having to replace our driveway but not anymore! looks brand spankin’ new. He did the sidewalk in front of my house for free as an added bonus. Thanks guys!

Erica and Michael did an excellent cleaning. Erica is always open to any particular areas of my concern that I ask for attention. She is top notch! I appreciate her hard work and cheerful attitude!

We have used The Cleaning Authority for well over a decade. We like that we usually get the same team who are familiar with our house. Over the years, we have had many teams but our gold medal goes to Ashley M and Gabby H. They are a phenomenal team and treat our house with respect.

Lorie and Suzy are super friendly and never mind my pup begging for attention when they arrive. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a routine clean. I have them come once a month and that's just enough for me.

Update: We have had The Cleaning Authority cleaning our house, every two weeks, for a few months now. They always do a great job! I can see the thoughtfulness and care that they use in each room. I always look forward coming home from work on their cleaning days!

Julie and Gabby from the Cleaning Authority - Concord just cleaned my house. They did a fabulous job. My furniture, and my bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and all other rooms are so clean. I had several requests that they do certain tasks a specific way and they did. It's so clean! I'm much more relaxed in my space. Additionally, the office staff is friendly and I get my questions answered and requests filled. I definitely recommend them.

Team 1 cleans our house (Erika and Jessica) and they are absolute best house cleaners. Our house is spotless when they leave and the prices The Cleaning Authority charge are very reasonable. I didn’t think we could afford house cleaners until we got a quote from them. The rotation cleaning method The Cleaning Authority uses keeps cleaning costs low and still keeping a spotless house by focusing more on certain parts of the house, then rotating to the next part of the house for the next cleaning.
