I just want to thank Dan for a wonderful job. When he arrived to fix my oven, I greeted him with " my oven is older than you are, which he replied " I am sure it is". He was such a delight. Not only did he do a fine job of fixing my oven he was as neat as a pin. I just finished baking cookies to take to the family for Thanksgiving. Thank you Dan. I had Kevin come out to fix my stovetop range. He spent many hours as one of the screws was stripped, but he stuck to the original estimate and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

Garbage service. Called for an appt, do not do doorbells, do not work on Samsung washing machines, only have one tech that does Freon. Thought she remembered that I wasn’t home for an appt once, which cost her tech time, couldn’t verify when that might have been though (even though they had been out 4 other times over 8 years with no issues) and was insinuating she was considering not sending someone out. Bully. TERRIBLE service.

My oven went out right before a big Thanksgiving dinner, in less than 24 hours Affton-Mehlville Appliance Service had it repaired. Lane was very professional and completed the job during my lunch break. The pricing is very fair and they offer a 1 year warranty on all parts and labor.

Great service. Jim came out on a Friday and diagnosed my dryer problem right away. He ordered the part and had it in on Monday. Dryer is 100% again. Great service.

The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my many questions. He thoroughly checked the freezer/refrigerator. He was friendly and wore a mask the whole time, and he was vaccinated. I'm impressed and staying with them! Bravo!

Affton Appliance has done a great job repairing our clothes washer last year and our freezer this past week. The technicians knew immediately what the problem was and had the part(s) quickly and had the appliances fixed with no problems or excuses. We will certainly call them for our next repair.

I wish I could follow suit with the other reviewers but I did not have a good experience with them. On the initial visit I was told that they needed to send away for a part. That was on June 28, 2016. I'm still waiting. I called them three times and three times they told me they're still waiting. Finally decided to go to another company. They had the part within 3 days.

My dryer smelled like electric burning. little scary. i was going to buy a new dryer but thought I would give Affton Mehlville a try. Best decision. Dan to the rescue. Arrived ahead of schedule, immediately located the problem and fixed it.. Saved hundreds of dollars.. Thanks, Dan

Marie was fantastic--she 100% made my day. She recommended that I simply reset my dishwasher that wouldn't start--and it worked! She saved me a service call--much appreciated!!

My fridge or icebox went out the other day. I called another place and they couldn't get me in til the 11th of December. That didn't work for me so I called Affton Appliances after reading the reviews. I was hesitate. I can tell you that Josh was excellent. He identified the problem very quickly. He put a part on and it didn't fix it. He then let us know that the fridge or icebox was done.. He was at our house for about 2 hours and it cost me 69.00 for the service call. I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed with the service call from this company. My dryer has been taking forever to dry clothes and my husband called Affton Appliance to come repair it. The service technician was very nice, showed up on time, and explained what the problem was. However, rather than quoting me how much it would be to fix, the technician told me to go to the hardware store, buy the parts I needed and repair it myself. I'm not handy and had I wanted to repair it myself, I would not have called in the first place. Instead I'm out $70 and still have a dryer that doesn't work.
