Reviews of local pros in Affton, Missouri

Cleaning Authorities is great to work with. The app is very convenient and helps make scheduling easy. The cleaners have all been wonderful. They are kind to my dog and still very thorough. Appreciate their professionalism.

The Cleaning Authority has made my home clean and sparkling. The girls that work there are very thorough and do a fantastic job. I will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

Although Gabby and Marissa cleaned our house this week, and it was fabulous as usual, my team is usually Gabby and Ashley.
All three ladies do an exceptional job for us. They are also so personable. We trust them.
The main 5-star for CA is they send us the same team. The team knows us and the house. That’s important to us.
I also like the fact that when they do raise rates, the cleaners get a raise.
We have used CA for many years.

Our cleaning crew did a great job today. We have been pleased each time they come. Erica & Lexi should get a bonus for doing such a fine job. We want them to come back.
I hope you give them a raise.

The Ashley's came and were in and out in no time at all! My office looks great! I have already scheduled to have them give me a bid at my house this Friday.

Team 2 is exceptional. My vacuum recently broke, I have 2 dogs in the house. It was a mess. When I walked in today, it was amazing how clean it looked. Not a spec of dirt or dust anywhere. They are always on time. Professional and trustworthy. Thank you!

I highly recommend TCA! We decided to get cleanings done for a year to help us out at home while we welcomed a new born. The cleanings were always excellent! We loved coming home to a freshly cleaned house after work! The staff were always friendly when we were at home! Scheduling changes were easy as well. If we decide to seek cleaning services again in the future, we will be back here for sure! Thank you everyone! 🙏

This company should go into the employee screening business. Everyone of their employees are excellent!

Lexi, Gabby & Team have been AMAZING!!! This company was recommended by one of my husband’s coworkers, and I’ll admit, I was wary of going with a larger company since I’d only ever hired individuals in the past, but after their very 1st visit I immediately called the office to request they be our permanent team. They consistently do a wonderful job cleaning, but also, they’re truly a pleasure to have around! Just the nicest people you could meet. They’ve gone above and beyond, even using a specific enzyme cleaner I had when our puppy was still potty training and having accidents, then asked about using it the next time, which I really appreciated. They are also so, SO nice to our puppy who absolutely ADORES them! I wouldn’t blame them one bit if they asked me to put him up since he’s very energetic, interested in everything they do, has decided the larger vacuum is his sworn enemy, and occasionally sneaks up to steal cleaning supplies to try to get them to chase him. But instead, they get a good laugh and enjoy his company while not letting him slow them down one bit! I genuinely don’t know how they do it. My husband works very long hours and I work full-time and struggle with chronic fatigue due to a medical condition, so this has truly been life-changing for us and we are very grateful for all they do!!!

There are some things they do that I myself seldom do I must admit, but there are some things I feel could be done better. I see no reason for them not to be able to move things from tables or other furniture to dust, not dust around items/scarfs. I like having someone clean since it is hard for me to get done I just wish it was a little more thorough with a few things.

Jeff and Michael did an awesome job! They were so friendly, polite, and diligent. It feels GREAT to know we have a clean house going into the rest of our week. Appreciate the hard work!!

The cleaners did an amazingly thorough job with our first cleaning. They were friendly and professional.

Avonley & Jeff are fantastic. You won’t find a better team!

Extremely happy with the service we receive from both Makayla and Amber. They both do an amazing job! Very professional!! LOVE having them in our home! The Cleaning Authority is VERY lucky to have them both!! Hope that they will always be the team that cleans my home!!

I have a 3 bedroom home with a full finished basement. Overall, it is a large space, and I'm very pleased with the service of the Cleaning Authority who we've used for about 3 years now. Our experience with other services in the past has been hit or miss. This company has been stress-free. Here's what to expect: Usually 2, and sometimes 3, housekeepers come at our scheduled time, The team leader, Alisa, provides a consistency that we've not had with other services. She is also personable and loves our French bulldog! Marissa and Chystell were part of the crew last time, and they worked together efficiently. Generally the home is clean in about a couple of hours, often less time. Reliability is also important, and I only recall them cancelling once or twice and they rescheduled in the next day or two. You'll probably find cheaper options but the Cleaning Authority is to be trusted! They are so careful. Never have we had anything in our home disappear which was a problem with other services over the years. Highly recommend!

I would like to give Erica Perlow a top review. She is fast, thorough and very friendly. She makes me smile with her humor.I was very impressed either Steve today. He was very careful to give our steps to the 2 nd floor. The best. He has been the best so far!

The Cleaning Authority did a wonderful job for our first cleaning. Timely and friendly. Asked if I had any questions before they got started. I really like that they could use our own floor cleaner! Taylor and Jamie did an outstanding job. Thank you.

Although this was another new team at our house, and I had hoped to get a steady crew assigned, the two ladies who arrived did a very good job of cleaning. They moved everything while dusting and did a very thorough job of covering the house.

We used to be clients but stopped and I am so happy to have them back!! My house has not looked this good since the day they stopped cleaning. Thank you Team 11!!!!

Was very pleased with their cleaning service. Right on time and did a fantastic job.

The cleaners are very efficient and quick. They pleasantly respond to any specific request I make. They do a great job
In a very short time.
