This company has done an absolutely stellar job. United Construction Solutions has handled five projects for my husband and I over the last few years which included a home addition, basement remodel, and three roof replacements via insurance payouts.Our neighbor who has also worked with United on several projects gave us their contact info and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
When they provided the first estimate and sat us down explaining everything, not missing a single detail I knew we were in good hands. Chris K was the point of contact and he made sure everything was crystal clear and what to expect. We was our first interior remodel and I quite frankly was worrying non stop something was going to go wrong or it wouldn’t be finished in the time that was promised, I tend to be an over thinker. To my surprise, the United team was shockingly quick and clean. We did have several dust containment areas setup but the dust and cleanup was professionally done. I told the crew they didn’t need to wear foot booties in my house, but they insisted and I did appreciate the effort.

We highly recommend United Construction Solutions!! They know how to grow…. Keep focusing on making customers happy.

We had a very disappointing experience with United Construction Solutions. What should have been a short project turned into a 7-month ordeal. The actual work roof replacement and siding on one side of my house only took about five days, yet the company would not commit to a start date or provide a clear timeline at any point.

There was no foreman on site, and I had no way to communicate with or get updates from the workers while the job was being done. Despite signing a contract agreeing to complete the work for the insurance payout, the company asked for additional money after the job was completed.

Cleanup was also unacceptable. Seven weeks after completion, boxes of unused siding where still sitting in my driveway. I have repeatedly requested warranties and lien waivers and have never received them.

Overall, the lack of communication, poor project management, and unprofessional follow-through made this a very frustrating experience. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

1st Choice did a great job on our commercial building. They replaced the roof on a 40,000sf office/warehouse in St. Louis county. The completed the job quickly and communicated well with the tenants to avoid any disruption to their business. We will use them again on other commercial properties.

Our dumpster enclosure was destroyed in a wind storm. 1st Choice Construction built us a new one, following all of the difficult code requirements in our municipality, at a very reasonable cost. It is the nicest looking dumpster enclosure I have ever seen! And they did it promptly and left a clean construction site. THANKS!

Jason and his team replaced my TPO (flat) roof, gutters and helped co ordinate so many other repairs when a tree fell on my house. He kept in touch with my insurance company, the adjuster, and the other repairmen. Don't know how I would have gotten through the experience with out him.

I recently discovered a portion of my roof popped off. It was a simple fix, but on the second floor of my house with nothing flat under it to put a ladder on so I decided to let a professional do it. I called them on Tuesday afternoon, they had someone out on Thursday to give me an estimate and potentially fix it. The did the fix right there, quickly, and for a price I was very happy with. Will be using them again if I ever need more work done.
