These people are so nice and knowledgeable. We walked in not knowing what to look at or material to go with. Terry was amazing with helping guide us through picking tile and carpet that fit our budget and work with our cat situation. We were able to take samples home many times until we found what we liked. Terry always answered text messages right away and Denny did an amazing job with our carpet install. Over and above. I highly recommend this company!

These guys just finished up refinishing our hardwood floors. Went above and beyond what we expected. The results were fantastic. And they showed up for work every day during the worst weather week of the year. Look no further for your floors.

Luminous Flooring did an excellent job on our hardwood floors. At this point they've refinished every inch of wood flooring on the first floor of our house and even installed an entire room that was not originally wood. It all looks fantastic and matches perfectly. We will definitely be working with them when we renovate our second floor.

Bill and his crew recently put on a beautiful new roof and replaced a large window at our new home. These guys are top notch and truly care about you as the customer. Bill made the claims process super simple and followed it through until the job was done. Our roof was completed in a single day and the crew did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. We will be highly recommending Casey Exteriors to everyone we know!

Casey Exteriors replaced our roof, installed new windows and siding during October/November, 2019. We are thrilled with the work product! Always easy to reach Bill. Tory in the office is a joy to talk to and very helpful with all out questions. I'd definitely refer them to anyone for exterior work!

We didn't have a good experience with these guys. Called for an estimate, and Matt even drove to our house to take measurements. Unfortunately they never even came back to us with any pricing estimates. When I emailed to follow up, I got no response. So definitely lacking in customer service there. To me, it's a potential sign of what's to come. It's too bad...I had high hopes for these guys due to the reviews I read, but unfortunately our experience was not the same as the other reviewers.

Matt and his team did an outstanding job on our net-new job-site finished hardwood floors! Everything turned out as we envisioned, especially the color mixture they achieved (which was 50% aged barrel and 50% dark walnut by the way). Great communicators throughout the whole process. The lead installers and finishers are definitely craftsman. I recommend them.

Luminous Flooring installed hardwood floors on the main floor of our home. They were professional, quick, and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend Matt and his crew.

I hired Luminous Flooring to refinish the floors in my living room, dining room, family room, entry hall and hallway to the bedrooms. They replaced my entry hall with the white oak to match the rest of the flooring they were refinishing. They also replaced my kitchen floor.

This was a wonderful experience. Matt Lukens, the owner, was such a pleasure to work with. At any point when I contacted him, he immediately responded. One crew came out in February to replace the linoleum in my kitchen with Coretex flooring. The floor is quiet, warm and soft. I am very happy with the product and the crew did an excellent job in just a few hours.

In March they started on the refinishing/replacing, Matt had this scheduled out perfectly. It seemed he had crews of 3-4 people and they all specialized in something different. The first crew removed all of my furniture into the garage and they began covering my window treatments, ducting, bookcases, etc. The next crew showed up to sand, another crew to stain and the last crew to put on baseboards. The floors turned out amazing and the baseboards really looked great. By the end of the week, everything was complete except for the floors because they needed to sit before putting the furniture back. On Monday they arrived on time again to take care of that.

I have done a lot of home improvements and this had to be the smoothest operation I have ever seen. When I received bids from other companies, they did not move furniture or replace baseboards and still charged the same amount of money. Hiring Luminous again would be a no-brainer. I trusted and liked all the men that came to do the work and it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Luminous Flooring. They installed a beautiful vinyl floor in our kitchen that is flawless and refinished all of our old oak flooring. Staff is trained well with attention to detail, polite, and clean up after their work. I would certainly use them again.

Very knowledgeable and excellent work! We used Barefoot Carpet earlier this year when we sold our home. We took Eric's suggestion on hardwood flooring and carpet and the first thing people said when coming in for open house was how they loved the flooring! We are using them again for flooring in our new home.

We were apprehensive about getting new windows, but Bill and his guys at Casey Exteriors made the process easy. The windows are amazing! High quality, good looks, and functionality all in one. We gladly paid a little more than we could have at one of the discount places. Peace of mind and knowing we used a trustworthy company with high quality products was worth the little bit of extra expense. Bill is a stand up guy who knows how to treat his customers. The workers who came to the house were courteous, friendly, conscientious and did a really impressive job with installation. There is a 100% chance we will use Casey Exteriors again should the need arise, and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Casey Exteriors just completed my new roof installation last week. I've worked with them before on smaller projects, but I can't believe how easy this process was for a full new roof through my insurance. Bill and his crew took care of things for me from start to finish! Not only was the process simple, the work is impeccable and everyone I spoke/dealt with could not have been nicer. Material was delivered on Thursday, and the job was completed on Friday. Their clean-up was so thorough...it was like they were never even there (aside from the beautiful new roof, of course)! Very very pleased with them. Looking forward to some aesthetic projects with them!

FANTASTIC! Bill Casey and his crew did a fantastic job for us! The new roof, gutters, awning and fascia all look fantastic. We needed a new roof and we were in the process of selling our home. The architectural shingles made our house shine and I believe helped in our sale. They also did a really great job with clean up. I only found 3 nails with a magnet after the work was done. That says a lot about how meticulous he is about getting the job done right! Use Casey Exteriors - You won't be sorry that you did!

He not only gave me a great price and helped me work with my insurance company, his crew was timely and did a great job with installation and clean up. I have used Bill Casey several times over the years, as has my extended family. He is very trustworthy and responsive. He really cares about his reputation and delivers to his customers expectations. He is also very reasonable in pricing, which is also important to know your contractor isn't raking you over the coals at any chance he gets. I have used other contractors for a couple of small jobs here and there along the way, and generally regretted not using Bill both times. He is top notch. Highly recommended contractor! We had to replace out roof. Casey exteriors provided Excellent hassle free service. They made the roof repair easy and painless. Bill was very professional and polite when quoting. Bill was willing to work with what the insurance paid and no more.
Office staff was also polite and courteous. We did call a few other roofers, but bill and his team had the best service hands down.
