Constraction reviews in Arnold, Missouri

I must say that I have never dealt with a nicer flooring company than Barefoot Carpet Company of Arnold Mo.They are very experienced all around. From the attention and help you receive when you walk into their showroom until your flooring is installed. They clean up after the work is done and make sure you are happy with the job done. They are also very honest and prompt and never leave you hanging. You will get phone calls or text to keep you informed of any matters that arise. This is a family owned business and not a large Corporation. That has a lot to say about the excellent service and job well done. I would recommend this company to the White House.

Luminous Flooring. Amazing from start to finish. From bid to completion, communication was prompt and informative answering all my questions and concerns. I'm not easy and have a lot of follow ups. I expect perfection. Raymond you hit it out of the park. Great job to you and your team! I used to work at a very successful hardwood floor company in OK so had just enough knowledge to be dangerous making sure I thought it was done right. One word! Fantastic! Do yourself a favor and go with this company. You will not be sorry!

Everything looks great they did my roof, gutters,, fascia and insulated siding very very happy, highly recommend great pricing too

I have hired some great companies in the past. Casey Exteriors' owners surpass them. I have never had anyone go so above and beyond. They made storm damage repair as stress free as possible.

We love our new deck. We wanted a wood deck with a drainage system. There were some hiccups but they handled them like pros. As well, they jumped through all the hoops created by Creve Coeur building inspectors (who did 7 unannounced inspections).

These guys are truly amazing!! There were several crews that came over to each do their respective roles in changing out old dark stained wood with new pieces. They totally went above the call of duty and filled a couple of holes using dowels. Every person was courteous, patient (with our many questions) and respectful. They cleaned up each day as the process took a number of days to complete for 2 rooms. We highly encourage you to use them and Tom G and his fellow workers were outstanding! In fact as we were having windows installed, the installer wanted to get their number for future jobs as he saw their incredible craftsmanship. They also offered us the very best price for what they did and saved us a bundle by fixing only what was needed and not replacing the floors. We cannot say enough good about this organization! Well done!!!

Can't recommend Casey exteriors highly enough. Their staff is very responsive. They gave me a timeline on our roof repair, and they stuck to it. They were very efficient and clean. Bill speaks to you like you're a person and didn't give me any run around.

Would use them again in a heart beat!

We had a recent emergency that one of our gutters separated from the house after recent storms and Bill sent one of his guys out after 3 years from the original installation and made sure the gutter was resecured to the house.

I want to apologize to Luminous Flooring for failing to creating a review before now. I bought a home that had been carpeted over red oak flooring. After ripping up the nasty carpeting and removing and filling what seemed to be a million staple holes I called several flooring refinishing companies for in home estimates. Luminous Flooring refinished my floors in June of 2021 and they look as gorgeous as the day they were done!

Denny, Daniel and Matthew did an outstanding job with our new main floor carpeting. They were professional, hardworking, detailed oriented and they cleaned up well along the way. The teamwork between them was awesome to sit back and watch! Just love family businesses! Peggy & Terri at the store were very knowledgeable and knew their stuff! They were great!

Quality carpeting + quality installation = HAPPY CUSTOMERS !

Did an amazing job in our new (old,1925) house. Was so flexible with the power outages and always communicated well. We 100% recommend.

We had Casey Exteriors replace/repair siding on our home. The job was not large, but a bit complicated. The communication with the company was excellent. They responded so quickly to any questions and got the job done so quickly. The price was more than fair, and the work was beautiful. I would recommend Casey Exteriors without a second thought. Wonderful company.

Luminous flooring did a great job on refinishing my kitchen and bathroom floor. Steven and his crew were very nice and accommodating. They put a lot of effort into finding the correct color. I really liked that they removed the toilet before refinishing the bathroom. I also like that they use a water based finish. I will be using them again when it comes time to refinish the living and dining rooms.

Great company. My floors look fantastic. The service was perfect. Everyone who works there is friendly. And the price was very reasonable.

They resurfaced my 30 year old oak floors after storm and water damage. Wow! My floors look amazing! They have also been back to install a wooden threshold after I had new carpeting installed, which runs along my wood floor. You will not find a nicer, more efficient group of people to work with! Their work is perfection and they are very reasonabl! I highly recommend Luminous Flooring!

This is one of the best companies in St. Louis. I can tell you after doing a new roof twice, one on my previous home I would recommend Casey Roofing and Exteriors to absolutely anyone. The team was professional, punctual, cleaned up every last nail on my yard and did the job in a quick and timely manner.

If anyone ever asks about a roofing company this is the first company out of my mouth. The owner is fantastic and like I said, his entire team is full of hard working individuals.

Luminous Flooring just finished installing our new hardwood floors. Our flooring has 3 different widths, so not as easy as a single width flooring to install. They did a very professional job. I had 3 doorways to our tiled breakfast room, and a powder room doorway. I had no extra tile and they were careful, as I asked, and did not damage any of the tile. Chandler and Jacob were the main workers on our project of living room, dining room, entry hall and family room and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the house afterwards. We are so pleased with Luminous Flooring!!

I had Casey Exteriors almost 20 yrs. ago and they put up new siding, and a roof, was very pleased with their work. This spring I had wind damage to some of my soffit, along with previous hail damage to the roof. My first thought was to contact Casey Exteriors because of the excellent work they did preciously on my home. As before they took care of everything, the soffit fixed, and a beautiful roof. They are a great Company with great employees who are very professional.

I had the names of three companies from which to get estimates for refinishing our dining room floor. This was the only company that responded. The three fellows who did the work were fantastic. Jake, Jake, and Grant. Jake the Floor Man matched the color of our other hardwood perfectly and took great pains to get it right. He did a beautiful job with his work. Jake the Carpenter did an unbelievably beautiful job with a couple of thresholds and vents all through our house that are flush to the floor. I feel like I live in a million dollar home now! All three of the fellows were courteous, hard working, serious about "getting it right," and professional. I couldn't recommend this company, and especially these three young men, more highly. I would like to give them ten stars out of five. You can't go wrong with them.

Very pleased with the work and finished product. Kenny and helper went over and above in effort in the installation of a vinyl plank floor in my salon. Very friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable, and at a fair price. The floor is a year and a half old with high traffic and shows no wear.and tear. Very satisfied !! Would highly recommend this company.

This company is one of the best around. I recommend Denny and his team to handle all of your flooring needs in a professional manner and some of the best prices in town! Be sure to visit the show room on Jeffco if you want personal and very knowledgeable customer service! Worth the trip!!
