Used this company twice since moving into our home three years ago. They are very professional, honest and upfront about the problems with the systems they are working on. Very reasonable on pricing and we can tell they really care about the customers they serve. I cannot recommend this company enough!!!

A/C was working when they got there and stated everything was fine but when stopped working again, they wanted to charge another service call. Come to find out, the outside condenser was filthy and hardly any air was getting through. If we were told this we could have cleaned it. This seems to be a Heating and Cooling 101 issue.

Bruce was great and came by after hours to fix our AC. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. I will definitely be calling them for any future issues we have!

Years ago ... a good friend of ours was in the hospital recovering from brain anyurism surgery. It was summer and he was due to go home soon when their air went out. My husband had heard of Marciante through one of his radio ads and said maybe they could try them. They called and Mario went over and talked to our friends son and ended up fixing the air pro bono ( not sure what he needed done, but our friend came home from the hospital to a cool house with one less worry on his plate ). Now.... two weeks ago our old furnace and air unit finally gave up the ghost so we decided to call Marciante and ended up replacing the air and furnace. We couldn’t be happier , Mario’s hand picked team ( Vito, James, Bruce ) were highly professional , extremely courteous and very efficient !!!! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars !!

I called them on a Saturday and within 30 minutes they were there to get me fixed up. I told them we had a 2 week old baby and a 2 year and our air conditioner wasn’t working (92 degree day). I was expecting to spend an arm and a leg with it being near 5pm on a Saturday but I did not their prices are very reasonable. All in all Matciante Diversified just found a new customer for life and I would recommend them to all friends and family!

I called on a Friday afternoon and received service within an hour. The HVAC technician (Ken) Was very helpful and professional. Within an hour he had my broke down A/C up and running!! Thanks for the prompt , professional service. George Compton

We called at 600pm tonight and Bruce was here by 715. It was a quick fix which we were very thankful! And it was super reasonable. Very happy with the service and Bruce was great!!! We found our ac/heating guy! Thank you!

This person was one of the most unprofessional contractors that we have attempted to work with! He stopped by the house to estimate a repair. My wife was home and she wanted to talk to me about the cost and in the TEN MINUTES it took for her to call and talk to me because I was at WORK. Mario LEFT abandoning the project due to impatience! Very unprofessional! Then when I called to let him know how unprofessional he IS he attempted to tell me how he tried to do me a favor but because as he put it "I didn't know you don't have no money" he couldn't wait for my wife to get back to him! I will NEVER use this service institution!! As a lesson; you might want to consider working on your customer service and professionalism!

After having Marciante Diversified to my house for a furnace issue I mentioned wanting to get A/C and heat installed in two rooms of my house. They suggested going with Mitsubishi mini split HVAC systems. Marciante is a Mitsubishi Diamond Star dealer. I did some research and found that these systems were highly rated. I asked for an estimate and decided to go for it!
I can not begin to tell you how happy I am with the systems and the installs! Their attention to detail and the quality of their work is outstanding! They do what they promise to do. Plain and simple! I would recommend Marciante Diversified for maintenance on your home HVAC systems as well as Mitsubishi mini split installs.! Thank you Marciante Diversified! My AC went out late in the evening. I called around 12:30 am and they sent Bruce out. He arrived within the hour like expected and was in and out in 15 minutes. Very professional and polite which is great considering it was 1am. I really appreciate them and will definitely use them in the future!

Had a great experience with Bruce! The day started with a 5 and a half hour drive home from chicago from a small vacation, as you know a drive alone can stress people out and the last thing you want to come home to after leaving for a few days is a home with no air conditioning. Well... thats how we were welcome home, with very short notice we called and without a single problem or one bit of attitude, Bruce was sent to our home *mind you its 1am...* needless to say he was extremely nice, and overall understanding that these things happen, and he said he knows it is next to impossible to sleep when it is hot.
Bruce thank you again for being the only person of a handful of companies to step up to the plate, and go above and beyond to help us out with such short notice and such a late hour... it honestly means alot, the customer service was stellar, and i will be sure to recommend you when i hear anyone having problems..

We received several bids on a new AC and furnace to replace our 26 yr old system. I’m so glad that we awarded the job to Marciante Diversified. He did not provide the cheapest bid, but more importantly, provided the best quality in his work! This is far more important when it comes to a big investment on equipment that is run 24/7-365 days a year in our household.
The entire crew, Mario, Brad, James and Vito were extremely polite and professional. Their multifaceted talents shined as they went above and beyond and worked long hours to make sure the job was done right instead of cutting corners.

Extremely great service and arrival time was very quick. Bruce, the tech who arrived to help us after hours, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and fixed our problem within minutes of arriving (he probably knew how to fix it before he arrived after hearing the issues we were having).
