They were excellent! From the beginning when using them for twice yearly maintenance to deciding when it was time to replace the 30 year old system. The new system choice was discussed & options explained. The day of the installation was seamless & Rich took time to explain the new system. The work space was SO clean. The “look” of the new system is impressive & very professional. We could not be happier.

Prompt service. Tech showed up within hours of me calling. Rich quickly diagnosed the problem (a bad gas valve), explained why it failed (improper installation by another company), ordered the parts, picked them up, and installed them all in that afternoon. He was even able to look up the warranty on the part even though the system was installed by the previous owner and saved us a substantial amount of money.

Rich was very professional, took his time. He cleaned and did maintenance on my furnace, also did cleaning & maintenance on my hot water heater. He did find the problem with the hot water heater right away, had the part delivered & got it installed.
I was very pleased for the promptness and extremely pleased with the work done.

Brandon arrived on time and is always kind and courteous. He was doing my annual HVAC check. When he was finished, he cleaned everything up and gave me a report as to how things were functioning. I have dealt with Busch Heating and Cooling for years. Always get great service and They are honest and dependable business. I Will continue to use them for any future problems.

The house we purchased last month needed two complete HVAC system replacements. While Busch's pricing is extremely fair, it's their service that sets them apart from the rest. Outstanding. They delivered exactly what they promised - and were quick, clean, and courteous. They even fixed some things along the way that weren't in their original proposal - at no charge.

This was my first time using Busch Heating & Cooling, 10/10 recommend! I had an issue with my blower motor and Sam came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and had it replaced the same day. Busch was easy to schedule with, the service was excellent, and they are fairly priced!

We have used Busch Heating and Cooling for probably over 30 years- and in three different houses. They are honest, reliable, and fair. We recently had our main unit replaced because it was aging- 20+ years old. We were about to leave town for an extended vacation and they managed to do it all the day before we left town. With the recent heat waves in St. Louis, we were very happy to come back to St. Louis with our AC working really well! Our tech, Brandon, is awesome! Thank you for ALL the years of great service!!

They never disappoint. Prompt, efficient, friendly, explains problem clearly, and answers questions. Sam is a great technician. The young lady who handles your initial phone call is great. Highly recommend Busch and definitely will use them as needed.

The people I have dealt with at Busch have all been wonderful. From the person who answers the phone and deals with the customers to the serviceman, they have been considerate, patient and knowledgeable. We had no hot water on Friday, I reached out on Saturday to see if they could install a hot water heater. I sent some pictures, was sent an estimate, financing info, after everything was approved they came to install the new hot water heater Monday at 12pm.
My husband was home when the installers came, he had NOTHING BUT GOOD things to say about the whole process. The guys were very professional, cleaned up and vacuumed before they left!

Chad and Evan were professional, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. They showed up on time, walked me through the installation process, and answered all my questions without rushing. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they paid close attention to detail, making sure everything was installed correctly and safely.

They left the garage clean and made sure the heater was running perfectly before they left. The difference it has made is huge—my garage is now warm and comfortable, even in cold weather.
