Great communication, professional and would do business with them again. We had our AC / Furnace and Water Heater installed in 2014 with Busch. We recently had Brandon out to clean the furnace and AC. Brandon explained what he did and provided recommendations for next year.

They have stepped up to the plate to provide service that because of the inadequacies of American standard queen heating systems not being able to make parts in a reasonable timeframe. That’s not their problem as the world of Heating & cooling is in somewhat of turmoil, changing, refrigerant, and demanding the manufacturers Revamp their Manufacturing process To accommodate the new coolant. While I would not Against the US recommend American Standard For equipmentI would recommend Bush Heating & cooling

I was looking for a Mitsubishi Diamond dealer to service my three year old mini split systems after the installing dealer was sold to another company. I came across Busch Heating and Cooling and figured I'd give them a try. I'm very glad I did! Their service tech Brandon arrived on time and proceeded to assess my needs. He performed a deep cleaning service on both mini's and maintenance checks on the central air system for the house.
Brandon was very thorough and explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had. I was very happy with his service and would recommend Busch Heating and Cooling (and Brandon) to anyone who is looking for great company to deal with! Thanks!

Our A/C unit broke down Sunday evening, we called Busch Heating/Cooling, and received a call back within an hour. They had someone come out by noon the next day. We are so thankful they were able to fix it within a timely matter.

Brandon always does an excellent job troubleshooting and maintaining my systems. Also replaced blocked filter on my hot water heater. The price was for service agreement. filter for water heater and labor.

Brandon’s the best! Has been coming to my home for many many years. He’s polite, respectful and very knowledgeable on HVAC

I was worried after Busch was sold that we maybbkt get the same type of excellent service. Thankfully that isn't the case. Same great service, professionalism and courtesy!

We've used Busch for years. Yesterday our air conditioning went out. They came first thing this am and fixed lickety split

Brandon did a wonderful job fixing our air conditioner. He had the parts needed for my repair and was able to fix it quickly. I highly recommend Bush for your air and heating needs.

I have now known Brandon for numerous years since he's almost always handled the furnace and air-conditioner maintenance. He has always provided excellent, friendly service.

Wehave been using Busch Heating & Cooling for 20 years and have had 3 HVAC systems installed in two homes, as well as repair work done by them. We trust Rich & Bill Busch. They take time to explain things well and don't try to upsell you. Their techs are knowledgeable & professional. They put plastic down to protect our floors during install. They worked quickly & efficiently. We had two heat pumps installed and the guys worked quietly enough that we were able to work from home. Plus, they planned the work so that we were not without AC on a very hot day! We signed up for a maintenance plan through them as well. Thanks, guys!

This was my first time using Busch Heating and Cooling. After being told by a different company that I needed a new furnace, I had Busch come out. They cleaned a couple of parts and my furnace was as good as new.

We couldn't have been happier with this company. The price for a new HVAC system was very reasonable. The whole team worked hard. They were very respectable of our property and easy to talk with and work with. They cleaned up exceptionally well. We would highly recommend them. A small family owned business and it shows!
