We called them for furnace repair as we had a unit that would occasionally not turn on. They spent 5 hours on site and when they finished the furnace did not work at all. The tech then demanded payment with no explanation as to what the stat of the furnace was and threatened to call the police when questions were asked. Bunch of con-artists, don't let them in your house.

The team at Controlled Heating and Cooling is superb! Day before Thanksgiving we had found out our furnace was broke. Marty came out and investigated late that evening to find out the issue. We loved he was pet friendly, wore a mask and was down to earth! Great company!!

Pilot light had issues staying lit and furnace would not flame up. It was a holiday weekend, and they quickly responded to my call and came out to diagnose the issue. They quickly figured out what the issue was and replaced the intermittent pilot control module and it has been working ever since.

We were referred to you over 10-yrs ago and Marty has been helping us keep our original HVAC compressor recharged annually as long as we could. When it came time to replace our 25-yr old AC, we requested bids from some local competitors too. Thank you for saving us almost $3000 over the competitors’ prices! It feels good to have a HVAC company we can always turn to.

Marty is the best! Professional, hard-working and reliable. He has taken care of my home and my son’s home since 2015. He installed a new boiler and A/C. and keeps them in perfect working order. Friendly and extremely reliable. He and his capable staff are the kind of men you can trust in your home to do the job. I love that it is a family business. Karen who answers the phone and schedules the appointments keeps you updated and communicates effectively and in a friendly manner. I will never use another company!

I have used Controlled Heating and Air conditioning for all my AC needs. Back in 2021 I had a flood in my basement and they came out and replaced all my components. Fast forward to this year I had them come out and tune up my AC and they found my evaporator was leaking. They where able to replace it quickly before the heat of Summer. The system is running great. Karen and Jeff thank you so much for taking such good care of my family and I.

Been with this company for over 15 years my grandparents were with this company for extremely long time. I have brought my best friend to the company. My daughter has bought a house and is just have brought them in. We trust them they priced in a new furnace and AC a great rate and my 100 year home is warm in the winter and very cold in summer. They are quick and fast if anything were to happen in emergency wise where your furnace is underwater they’re great responders to get in touch with you. (This actually happened to me, but 5inch of sewer in basement) They answer all your questions when you have a bunch of them about the care of your AC unit and your furnace. I just love all of them. Great service for annual maintenance agreement! Cleaned and serviced air conditioning in spring and furnace and humidifier in the fall. Technicians are always polite and clean up after themselves and turn the lights out when exiting the service area.

He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took time to explain some things to me about my aging system that I knew would be causing me some future concerns. My technician’s name was Rich and he was outstanding! . Rich is quite knowledgeable in anll anspects of repair and explained all the issues involved in the repair of my heat pump . Busch Heating & Cooling is a very reliable company. They were the ones that installed my heat pumps years ago. I’ve always had excellent service from them and I highly recommend them . Our AC decided to stop working yesterday during this crazy heat wave we’re having. We had called two places prior who didn’t even pick up the phone, but the office for Busch picked up on the first ring. The girl on the other end was ridiculously helpful and was able to get us on the schedule for the next day (today).
When Chad and Jake showed up they got right to work, one inspecting the inside unit, and other inspecting the outside unit running tests. The techs were both so informative and explaining everything to the point where I actually understand how my system works. They also helped change our filter and cleaned off all the debts surrounding our outside unit. They replaced our capacitor immediately and by the time they left our home already went down one degree.
I’ll be purchasing a maintenance plan with this company, and specifically requesting Chad and Jake again. They were both wonderful and really helped us out! Thank you both so much, and thanks to Busch for coming out so quickly in this heatwave!!
