During a snow weather episode our floor had so much white salt residue at the end of the day but the next morning the floors looked great. The cleaning team did a very good job with getting all that off the floors.

I chose City Wide for our janitorial service on the recommendation of a business associate, and they have exceeded my expectations. Their crews and night managers are professional and care about their facilities. My account rep (FSM) stops by every 2 weeks to do an inspection and checks in with me and my staff to ask if she can help in any way. They monitor and maintain back stock of our paper products and soaps so that is completely off my plate. Any questions have been answered quickly and issues promptly addressed and resolved with a follow-up from my FSM to confirm. I highly recommend them.

We just stated sub contracting through Citywide a few months ago and they have been great. The staff is very professional, pleasant and helpful at all times. They communicate very well via emails, calls or txt so yes LOVELY TOUCH LLC is happy to be part of this winning team. We went through two other companies before finding City Wide. They have worked closely with various employees here to find the best solution for our facility.
We can not allow non-employees free access to the building or have them here without an employee presence and they found us a very competent team who has done a great job for us.
City Wide offers such a wide variety of services from which to choose, be it regular or one-time needs. We are now preparing for someone to come in and clean the carpets.

City Wide has far exceeded my expectations for a commercial cleaning company. After dealing with years of broken promises from other providers, it’s been a refreshing change to work with a team that not only delivers on what they say, but often goes above and beyond. From my very first interaction with Rob and Mandi, I could tell their attention to detail set them apart. Every commitment they made during those initial walkthroughs has been kept - and in many cases, exceeded.
The cleaning crew they brought in is thorough and consistent, and our account manager, David, has been exceptional. He’s responsive, proactive, and even follows up with me if I forget to return his call. That level of communication is rare in this industry, based on my experience. With previous companies, I often had to contact the main office just to get a response from someone managing our account.
One standout difference has been their communication. If supplies are running low, we’re notified right away. That was a constant issue with past vendors. Their team also keeps the maintenance closet organized and tidy, which had been an ongoing frustration with other providers.
Even when we encountered a cleaning product that triggered an employee’s allergies early on, David responded immediately. He identified and replaced the product quickly, then followed up regularly to ensure there were no further issues.
Working with City Wide has been a true partnership. I highly recommend them to any business looking for reliable, professional, and detail-oriented cleaning services.

My cleaners were Dustin, Joel and Dennis and they did a very good job.
I was very satisfied with them.

Sharon, Megan and Marissa did a great job! They were not even afraid to tackle my teenage son’s room!

Amber, Jen and Hana do a great job cleaning our house. They are always prompt and the house looks amazing when they're done!

Avis and Michael did an outstanding job. The took their time and paid attention to every detail. I would love to have them come back and clean for me again.

Did a wonderful job. Exceeded expectations in every way. Great people as well, very friendly.

The two young ladies who cleaned the house my mother just purchased did a wonderful job! The house is on Gervas. I was so pleased with their work and final walkthrough.

Cleaner was did a satisfactory job, but she would not wear a mask properly. I answered the door wearing mine, and told her that if she was vaccinated, she could skip her mask. She said was not, so I asked her to mask up. Here's the thing: she wore hers below her nose, just covering her mouth and chin. I pointed out that if she was going to wear it below her nose, she might as well not wear it. She said it slipped. I said she had worn it below her nose the entire time. The cleaner then spent the next 20 min. being upset at me for "not being happy with her." I think she was hoping I would ask her to leave, but I ignored her and worked in a different room. She finally insisted I talk to her manager, who told me I needed to "respect her pro." What?! I simply refused to accept her excuse for pretend mask wearing, and she was triggered by being called out. She seemed to think that my being concerned with my family's health during a global pandemic was disrespectful to her, while also having no understanding that she was the one being disrespectful.

I was suppose to get $25 off first cleaning. Didn't happen. Cleaning people wore shoes while cleaning, we don't wear shoes in our house. Stairs were not dusted one of my major request as well as baseboards. Paid $119 for basically 4 rooms of vacuuming. We had just moved into this house and with my wife being 9 months pregnant with 5,000 square ft house needed someone to do one deep cleaning. Very disappointed.
