Pleased with service. Emma and Alexis were great. One con...shouldn't be so difficult to schedule the same people to clean each time.

I suggest that you do not waist your money with MaidPro Ballwin. I just had a baby and a friend bought me 5 hours (maximum) cleaning. I did not have high expectations for cleaning services, but since this would not cost me any money, I called Kim to schedule the cleaning. She was great, took several notes, explained the services in detail.
When the day for the cleaning arrived, my mom was home with the baby and, even though 5 hours were paid (2.5 per cleaner), one lady stayed less than 40 minutes and the other one close to 2 hours. To give an idea of how poor the cleaning was, when my husband arrived, he called me and asked if the cleaning crew had come, because it seemed that nothing was done (believe me, my husband is not the type of man that notes how clean a house is). They vacuum the main floor, dusted a shelf on my son's play room, turned the dish washer on and cleaned my room's bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom. That is it. They had a check list that said that all bathrooms were cleaned, and several other items which were not true. It was clear they were being deceiving.
This was a gift and I could just let it go, but I felt so cheated that I called to complain. Kim said she was going to 'see the other side of the story'. I felt little bad about that, but being a manager myself, I always try to be fair to my employees. She called back, and said the cleaner said that she cleaned 2 out of my 3.5 bathrooms. She said they were 'in bad shape'. Knowing they had cleaned a bathroom that is used only by me and the 1/2 bathroom, I knew the state they were and that statement was not true. My kitchen had trash on the floor (little wraps) that were not picked up, I am not sure they even mopped the floor (we are talking about an area 3ftx3ft). I am the one that cleans my house most of the time. I know how much it takes to clean the main floor, clean 2.5 bath and vacuum the upstairs and 5 houses would have been more than enough. I was not expecting a very deep cleaning, I was prepared for a mild cleaning, but this was significantly below expectations.
Please don't spend your money with this cleaning service, especially if you depend on that cleaning due to visitors from out of town.

As our life became even busier, my wife and I decided to try MaidPro for our house cleaning needs. We'd never used a cleaning service before and, I have to say, what an eye opener! We were absolutely overwhelmed as to the attention to detail that MaidPro's people demonstrated with our home. While our home is definitely no "new home" (built in 1937), we returned to our house with that similar feeling one gets when walking into a new "model" home--clean!

Kitchen floors swept, mopped. Sinks clean. Appliances clean. Even the exterior of the refrigerator was cleaned...realtor magnets and all. That's just the kitchen. You get the idea.

Essentially, all the stuff you'd do yourself and then some--if you had the time and will to do such things.

Without continuing into lengthy detail as to how well the rest of the house looks after a MaidPro visit, there's no doubt that we're extremely happy. Happy to the point where we wondered why we hadn't done this sooner.

I recently had my entire family coming over for my son's graduation party and the 4th of July. With my home a mess and not much time to get it in order for everyone to see MaidPro saved the day. With a last minute phone call they made time for me and got the job done. Not only was the house spotless when I get home from work but I got so many compliments from friends and family. MaidPro has an excellent, friendly, and trustworthy staff to make your home look great. I would and have recommend MaidPro to anyone interested in a one time clean or a consistent service. I find Maidpro Ballwin office and cleaning staff friendly, professional, on time, and most importantly they do a very good job cleaning. It was a pleasure coming home Friday to a clean house. My husband and I typically do a quick clean Sunday night before Maid Pro is to arrive Monday morning, so all clutter is out of the way and the team is able to come in and clean. This past Sunday, we arrived from out of town very late at night and were rushed out the door Monday morning for work. Not only did we not pick up as usual, but our house was a wreck! We had clothes strung everywhere from packing before the trip and suitcases and odds and ends placed all around the house. Maid Pro came in and made our house look (and smell) amazing. It was such a nice sight to come home to Monday evening.

Maid Pro is an excellent company to have work in your home. The owners are amazing and they truly work so hard at having an excellent staff. Everyone is so polite and professional. I never have to worry and I know my home is in great hands.

Ashley and Faith came to clean today. Ashley is very thorough and was training Faith. They both did an excellent job. I will continue to have them back.

Ms. Johnnie (or her substitute if she can’t be here, which is rarely) always shows up in a timely manner, is cheerful and seems to love her job. She does a fine job cleaning our house and makes every effort to help solve any cleaning problem or ensure that all of my cleaning requests are executed. She sings while she works too - we love it!

This is my third time having Maidpro clean for me. It's so nice to have Ashley come each time. She is always here on time, very pleasant and knows my home. Ashley and Shannon did a great job!

Barrett and Cynthia completed our cleaning today (1/25) and I was super impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. This was the first time I've ever used a cleaning service and they set the bar high for future experiences! Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for an apartment move-out cleaning with maid pro. 11:37 AM I called the company to check when the cleaners were coming. The agent said the cleaning staff would arrive between 2 and 2:30. As I was not living at the apartment, I planned to be at the apartment by 1:50, and I arrived at the apartment at 1:47. I received a call from the company at 1:40 saying the cleaners are at the apartment waiting for me.
The cleaners started their clock at 1:30 pm without entering the house.
Two cleaners arrived to do the job, and one of the cleaners started packing her stuff at 3:10 pm. She did not do any work other than taking their stuff to the car between 3:15 pm and 3:30 pm. I am not satisfied with the service or the job the cleaners did. They did not even work 2 total labor hours. It is a complete waste of money.
