Ms. Johnnie is AMAZING! She has been cleaning our house for many years and she never fails to clean everything exactly the way I would do it myself - and believe me that is a tall order to fill. She is dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and friendly. The office staff is also very accommodating and friendly. Thank you, MaidPro, for making my life so much easier!

I have been using Maid Pro for several years now and couldn't be happier with my service. Ms Johnnie has been taking care of us for some time and she always does a great job. On the rare day when we are home when she arrives - she's always got an easy smile and she is just lovely. It's so nice to come home to a clean house after a long day at work.

Christina and Leslie did a wonderful job. They listened to my needs and met them 100 percent. They also told me about any concerns they came across that I might need to address.

MaidPro has cleaned my house many times over the past year. Every cleaning seems like it is better than the last one which was perfect as well. Ask for Dana and Tammy.

Jeessica, Meagan, and Shelby came with smiles on their faces! They were efficient and cleaned to perfection! I was so pleased because I had gone through many house cleaners that promised much and delivered little! I signed up for them to be part of my family on a monthly basis and if needed in between if needed.

Have had maidpro for over 2 months now and finally cancelled the service this am. Had a cleaning team that we were very satisfied with and a new one showed up this morning without any advance notice. At that time I cancelled the service. Have no problem with the job they have done, just don't want a new set of strangers in my house every time.

Good cleaning job, but there were several issues with the appointment times. They missed three appointments.

Paid for a whole home cleaning. Paid extra for the oven and refrigerator and the whole of the kitchen. There was thick dust on top of the refrigerator, in every cabinet, and on top of the microwave. A lot of these parts were very clearly untouched.

I took pictures and sent the pictures to Maidpro. They agreed to send another team to come clean. After 2 teams, the oven was still not clean (the bottom tray was completely untouched by both teams). There were other parts of the house that still had balls of dust. I don't see myself ever hiring MaidPro again. Definitely not professional.

What started off with great consistent cleanings, having a pretty consistent cleaning team for almost a year. It has DRASTICALLY changed for the last 5 months. I have had different strangers in my house every month, and either things not cleaned or stated as “cleaned” but not. Then the last straw was when I sent pictures of all the items not cleaned, and was basically called a liar. I was getting cleanings the same time every month. Part of their cleaning checklist is having the fronts of my (white) kitchen cabinets wiped down every month. They left coffee/red wine stains on the front cabinet that holds our trash can. However.. there “justification” of why my cabinets were not clean were due to grease built up and needing a magic eraser to clean them! (Which we hardly ever fry anything.)They didn’t even notice the apparent red and brown stains, and proves my point that they have NOT been cleaning everything they stated they do. I should not ever have “grease buildup” if they were actually cleaning the cabinets every month like they were supposed to! Not to mention the stains on my kitchen island, backsplash, hair on floors, multiple stains and sticky spots not mopped, dusty shelves, bathtubs not cleaned, and bathroom sinks all still dirty immediately after my cleaning. I’ve had enough, and looking for a company who actually wants and appreciates my business!

Brandon did our job and was very professional. I have used them for years and do my windows every six months or so. You can’t go wrong using them!

Tommy and DJ did a wonderful job on all the windows. I have a glass chandelier and a mirror which both are difficult to clean. They worked hard to get beautiful results. Would really like to have both guys back next year.

Greyson cleaned our windows today at Olson Chiropractic. Very professional and friendly service was provided and we even received a compliment about how clean our windows are! To add on top of that, Greyson assisted a disabled individual getting out of their vehicle and into a restaurant! Great job Greyson thank you for being such an awesome person!

Greyson visited our business and was absolutely fantastic. He cleaned our windows quickly and spotlessly, and was incredibly helpful and kind regarding their upkeep. He also left us a bottle of cleaner to keep them looking good between cleanings. Greyson is a great member of the FISH team and we had an excellent experience with him. Thank you!
