Reliable, efficient and just awesome!!!

Did an amazing job deep cleaning my house. There was things I never even thought to clean that was done. Went above and beyond for sure.

Did a consultation with this service and sent a couple of texts that I didn't want the inhome consult, but showed up anyway. Then sent a haha text when I didn't want to go through with the service over a week in advance.

Prompt and thorough. Did a fabulous job on a bi-weekly basis and did our move out clean as well. Reasonable pricing for a great job.

Professional Touch Cleaning was able to perform my move out clean on short notice and was very accommodating of our tight schedule while still doing a fantastic job.

I used this business and it started out great. First cleaning was amazing. Each time she was spending less time and doing less detailed work (ex. not picking up items off shelves and dusting but just dusting around items). I did not bring this up to her so do not have an input on her taking feedback such as this.
However, she missed or rescheduled due to family being sick a lot. I totally get that as a mom and I NEVER asked her to do anything differently. When I asked for more consistency and reliability, she at first told me that she had someone she can recommend that could assist with that as she would always put her kids first. I never asked for differently but for my health needed my housecleaning be more reliable. I said I could continue to use her until I find a new service if that was ok with her. She totally went off on me in a text saying I was demanding and good riddens to me. She said I "would not disrespect her in no kind of way, shape or form regardless of any self entitled feelings I may have." This was way out of line and there were no demands made and I did not ask her for anything without asking her if it was ok with her. I tried calling and texting her several times to clarify why she was upset and what in my text was misleading that would give her this impression and she would not respond to calls or texts. I have had several review the text chain to see what I said and it cannot be located where I demanded anything or was disrespectful. All of that was on her side. I tried to resolve this but she did not want to communicate with me after she told me off.

Update: Do not believe her reply below. I confirmed the phone number listed with this business, to the business cards she gave me, to the contact in my phone with the mean text messages she sent. They are all the same.

Nicole did a great job cleaning my home! Everything looked and smelled clean— even my kids were impressed! Looking forward to using her on a bi-weekly basis to help manage my busy household.

I needed a last minute move out clean done to prepare my house to go on the market. Nicole was professional and and fit me in promptly. She did an amazing job and the price was reasonable and affordable.

Was referred to this cleaning company through a friend and have to admit I never thought my house could look this good. Would totally recommend them if you want your house to be as clean as it can be. Wish I could give more stars.

Was asked to perform a deep clean on our property to get ready for showings and for future regularly scheduled cleanings until the house was sold. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to expectations. There were many things that were missed/skipped over, like cleaning the inside window glass/sills, completely skipped our laundry room, missed several baseboards, missed cleaning of all cabinet doors, didn't move items to dust under them, etc. When she finished, she said she would come back and get anything she may have missed, but when I mentioned to her the things that still needed to be done I started getting the run around about how she didn't have time or that her employee didn't show up to work. I have still not heard back from her about if/when she plans to finish. Nonetheless, this is a business I would not recommend.

Incredibly unprofessional with bait and switch tactics and made constant excuses for being unable to meet their original promises. When my parents complained, the owner personally insulted my elderly mother and father. Unbelievable.

Would not use them at any price.

Nicole performed a move out clean for us and did a fantastic job. We recovered 100% of our security deposit from the rental.

She now cleans our new home. She treats the home like it is her own. She uses excellent products and takes pride in her works. She is top notch!!!!
