I highly recommend Vanessa and her company Shiny Maid I came across this company after having surgury and not being able to do the work myself. First i want to say i am a clean freak very detailed and picky with my cleaning. So when i met Vanessa and talked to her about my concerns she made me feel very comfortable from head to toe what she does Vanessa and her Mom are amazing very detail orient. From the products they use to her cheerful manner. I could not ask for more. So if you are looking for aspot clen house give her a call you will not regret

I picked this cleaning service because I wanted to support a small and local business, and the business reviews were outstanding.

Vanessa came to my house on November 14th to see what needed to be cleaned, and she gave me an estimate and confirmed my appointment for December 17th.

I sent Vanessa a text to confirm my appointment yesterday (December 13th at 12:29 p.m.).

I didn't hear back from Vanessa until 4:16 p.m., stating that, "Hi, Mrs. Saskia and good afternoon. I am sorry, but I am unable to coming on Tuesday to clean your house because today doing the cleaning I hurt my back. I am so sorry for any inconvenience."

All cleaning businesses close on Friday at 4:30 and are closed on weekends. It is impossible for me to hire anyone on such short notice! This is extremely unprofessional and terrible business practice!

I'm an elderly woman, and I'm moving out of state. I have to drive 15 hours and now I am left to clean an entire house by myself at my age.

Vanessa, how on earth are you running a business, and you have no other employees to cover your shift in case of an emergency?

Vanessa works with her mother. Why is she also unavailable to keep this appointment that you made for me an entire month ago?

I do not recommend this business what so ever.
Horrible business practice.

Vanessa was professional and considerate of all my requests. I needed it done ASAP and she achieved. She did such a great job on my house that it went over all expectations! My appliances look brand new! I would recommend her!

Vanessa and her mother did an excellent job of cleaning my parents home both while my parents lived there and a move out cleaning when we sold their house. They were thorough in their cleaning and attention to detail.

This is a professional service that was thorough and detailed. Everything seemed refreshed, and my house smelled amazing. In addition, Vanessa is polite, accommodating, responds quickly, and even squeezed us in on short notice when I had company coming to visit. Highly recommend!

Vanessa and her mother did a beautiful job deep cleaning all four of our bathrooms. There was a lot of lime buildup in a couple of the showers, and they were very attentive to all the little details. It sparkles and smells wonderful! Great work! I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality house-cleaning services.

I used shiny maid service to deep clean the home I recently bought prior to moving in. Vanessa was very easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, and did a great job of cleaning my house. Would recommend to anyone.

I am a work from home mom of 3 and I just can't keep up most days. My parents hired Vanessa to come do a deep clean as a gift and she was wonderful. She came and did a walk-through first to give us a quote and then scheduled the clean based on my schedule. She and her mother came on time both days and did a really great job. They even let my son help a little (he's 2 and loves to clean). Definitely keeping her card to call her later for more cleaning services. Thank you Vanessa!

Vanessa and her team did a whole house deep clean before I moved into my new place. The cleaning job was top notch and everything was left squeaky clean. The previous owner had cats but after the cleaning the whole house smelled so much better and you’d never know cats lived there. Also the painters left a mess but Vanessa and her crew were able to clean everything so well you’d never know how bad the painters left the place. I would highly recommend this cleaning service. I’d recommend it so highly that I’ve hired them to continue to clean the house.

She did a very wonderful job I broke my leg and was stuck in bed for months. And I loved the cleaning she does. And I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone.

She was a very nice lady, however my place is not that big and she had taken 2 hours to deep clean a small portion of my house as she charges $45 an hour for deep clean. My thought was it would take her 2-2.5 hours to deep clean my entire place. I came back and she had not even mopped or gotten to my kitchen, bathroom, or bedrooms so by the end of the day it would have cost me around $400-$500 to clean my small place. The part she did get finished was only half way decent. I had to tell her to leave and ended up only paying her for the 2 hours. Not to mention I live alone no kids no pets. I would not recommend her to anyone if you’re on a budget or really want a deep clean.
