Nicole is amazing! She and Desiree cleaned a number of rooms, including 2.5 bathrooms for us, and honestly I don't know what impressed me most. How well it was done, how quickly it was done, or how reasonable the price was. Regardless, I would highly recommend this professional cleaning service.

We asked for a deep clean service. The charge was $350, they were in the house for 5 hours. She did not do any windows or mop/clean tile floors downstairs or in the upstairs bathrooms. The owner offered to send her back. I think you should do the job right the first time. I will look for someone else to come out on a regular basis.

Just be aware! This service charged us $200 for a “deep clean”. Tera worked less than 2 hours and many things we assumed were included were left undone. We would never hire them again.

Everyone is extremely professional and the young lady that came to clean was swift yet thorough. The owner provided competitive pricing and was so easy to work with. I look forward to my next cleaning.

Let's face it, cleaning is not fun to do and takes skill to do it correctly, a skill that I do not have as much as I may try. Not only does Nicole have the skills to leave my home clean and comfortable, she is also great to partner with. I say partner rather than hire because Nicole really does partner with her clients. She has given me suggestions and helped me get my space in a state where I don't have to worry. Her communication is spot on! She always gives me a heads up if something comes up. She let's me know if she sees anything that needs extra attention. Nicole is always a pleasure to talk to and she gives extra attention to my dog (even when my dog runs off with Nicole's rags), something I really appreciate!

After looking at a few different services, Nicole's business model stood out the most. Her pricing model is great. Her schedule is consistent and she is more than willing to work with you if something comes up. I honestly can't say anything bad about my time partnering with Nicole! One of the best decisions I could have made!

Nicole came to my home to give me a quote for a deep cleaning. Nicole was very professional and kind. Professional touch cleaning was reasonably priced. I was not home at the time of my cleaning when I return home I was very pleased with the job the cleaner had done. My house smelled so fresh and looks so clean thank you Nicole for sending the young lady out that clean my home she did an amazing job. And thank you for your kindness

We tried to work with the nice lady that Nicole sent to clean our house, letting her know (instead of Nicole) where she’d missed dusting and did a poor job of vacuuming around cabinets. Finally I called Nicole to tell her I’d been unhappy with the cleaning service, and learned how unprofessional she is. All I got were excuses and lies from her, never stopping to let me get in a word. Needless to say, she was immediately fired. (In hindsight, I wish I had read the poor reviews prior to hiring this company.)

UPDATE: Your response was full of lies. Again, I fired your company because of the way you spoke to me on the phone. Now as you’re trying to say, though, that YOU terminated your service with us (which didn’t happen—we fired YOU) why did you set up another cleaning date (March 26th)? Also, what was your reason for telling my husband that you had your girls sign a “no compete clause”? Are you concerned they may come to us, personally, to ask to clean our home?

ADDITIONAL UPDATE (MARCH 16TH, 2025):
Because of your responses to my and my son’s review, where you continue to make up lies, I find it necessary to (again) respond, which is legally my right and NOT harassment.
I previously explained why I was giving your company a bad review, and you answered it with even more lies. You are now saying that you told my husband that you would no longer be cleaning our home when, in fact, that’s not true.
To refresh your memory, you called my husband after the last cleaning job (on February 26th) to get the over-the-phone payment AND you scheduled (at that time) the NEXT cleaning date for March 26th at 10:00 a.m., which my husband wrote on the calendar. I then called you, on March 11th (which I have proof of), to make you aware of worsening cleaning jobs by your employee, ahead of her return on March 26th. If you’d already cancelled your service with us (which you had NOT) why didn’t you tell me that during our phone call? Instead, you became so defensive and started with the harmful and untruthful accusations. This is just an example of how you backtrack to try to make yourself look “innocent” after the fact, which I think readers should see. Additionally, if readers look at your other bad reviews, they will see how you either make up excuses, deny that you ever had contact with them, get sarcastic and, worst of all, start making up damaging lies that could hurt someone’s reputation…just because that person had complaints about your service and fired you!
For your information, I was here every time your cleaner came and am a witness that my husband never said or did anything that was inappropriate…nor did I ever see your cleaner upset about anything. It’s also important to note that nothing about my husband was ever brought up UNTIL the day I called you…AND that you had continued to send cleaners to our home every month before that (even setting up the next cleaning date in March). So, because of your shocking and hateful lies in that phone call, I fired YOU, canceling the March 26th date.
I firmly believe that you’re only making up these lies because you don’t want your business to look bad. It’s pathetic that an initial call just to make you aware of cleaning issues caused you to start making false and damaging allegations online about my husband, which is very upsetting. Thus, it’s necessary to add this response, to detail what actually happened and let you know if you continue writing your hateful and false allegations, it will be considered harassment…and it will not be YOU who takes legal action. You need to stop your lies.

Wonderful cleaning service. Top notch. My house smells so clean when they are finished. The detailed dusting I was looking for. Kitchen counters are cleaned. Bathrooms shine. Highly recommend this company. Only thing is I wish I found them sooner.

After searching for the perfect cleaning service I can say I’ve found them. Nothing but pleased with the quality of work and amazed with the way the cleaner left my house. My wife and I work too much to have time for the fine touches needed and after speaking with Nicole we decided to give Professional Touch Cleaning and Organizing LLC a chance. Beyond amazing with the outcome and swift scheduling. Not only did she provide a great rate she sent a young lady that paid extra attention to details while completing the work in a timely manner.

We've been using Tara and Nichole for several tears now on an alternating week schedule. Simply couldn't be happier. They do a wonderful job, and the house always smells so good afterwards. They also never miss a scheduled date. We have absolutely no reason to look for anyone else.

Nicole is always super responsive and able to work around our schedule! Tara has been cleaning our house for a year now and has always done a great job! She works quickly and around my work from home schedule by making sure to prioritize my office before meetings.

Ridiculously unprofessional. I hired Nicole for bimonthly cleanings. First she said the rates were negotiable. So we agreed on $130 per cleaning. My newborn ended up needing 5 brain surgeries. And I was falling behind on scrubbing. Very happy to hire help to ease some of my overwhelming stress I was very excited to have help.
I had a miscommunication with my husband. I thought I had the green light to hire help. So after one cleaning. Unfortunately, had to let Nicole know I couldn’t continue. Already stressed to the max, and feeling badly about it she decided to call me a liar and a scammer. Cause apparently there are different pricing for a one time clean. Which she NEVER told me. (Also I told her what was going on in our personal lives and why I needed help. So she in full knowlage sent me that nasty message knowing I was already at my point of needing help!) I asked when hiring her if she smoked cause I can’t stand the smell. She said no. To that I can’t confirm. But my house reeked of cigarettes after she left and I had to air my house out. So yay. Now I’m stressed even more, feel awful and don’t actually get help to ease this hard time. And am apparently a scammer who specifically targets small businesses! To add insult to injury I am a very honest person, I was very kind to Nicole. Offered her coffee, drinks, snacks in between doing physical therapy for my son. To be spoken to like that when all I was, was transparent and honest was wild.
