We needed some work done through our home warranty, and J. Wiser was the plumber we were given. We were so pleased with the work they did. Jacob was on time (or even early) and he got right to work on the issues. He navigated himself around the house like he owned the place, which is great because it gave us peace of mind and confidence that he knew what he was doing and was taking care of things. We ended up tacking on a few more items that weren't covered under the warranty and thought the prices were very reasonable. Overall, I thought they were great and would use them again. We hired Pierpoint for toilet repair. They responded quickly to the request for service and were able to get out the next day. They were able to diagnose the problem and quickly make the repair for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Pierpoint Plumbing, LLC. They gave me a free estimate on the work and their bid was much lower than the other company that came out. They did a great job on my plumbing and I would recommend them to friends and family.

I needed a main line rooter service as I had a clog causing a very slow drain. Every company I called was too busy that day except Pierpont. So I decided to give them a try.

They were fast and extremely friendly so I give them 3 stars for that! But the guy that did the service was not very confident and although he cleared the clog enough to open the drain, it was backed up again within a week. He only ran about 60-70 feet since he wasn't sure how far it was to the city line.

Since their invoice says no warranty, I wasn't going to call them again to pay out another $190. For this lack of skill and no warranty I can't give them 5 stars and I can't recommend them for this type of service. They may be better at their other services though.

The company I normally use was called as they charge $175 and they were able to clear it better after running a full 100ft. They also give you a 30 day warranty to visit again if it clogs up again.

The old saying is "Done well, done fast, done cheap - pick any two." In this case, I needed it done fast, and done well - during the late afternoon on a Friday. So it wasn't cheap, but I knew that going in. The professional that took care of us was available quickly, on time, polite and efficient.

Our service provider was great! So friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to take care of us. I will definitely use again for any plumbing needs

Anything but affordable. The plumber cleared a clog in the kitchen sink for $474.00. He noticed a slight leak on a very old garbage disposal. He replaced the disposal for $300 in parts and another $449.00 in labor. The work was done well, but $923.00 for an hour and a half is ridiculous. He found a $100 coupon, so over $1120.00 for a drain clearing and disposal is far too high. The garbage disposal is $140.00 retail.

Destin came late at night when my tenant had a plumbing emergency and gave me great professional advice and got the job done. His communication, care, and attention to detail is unmatched. I can’t recommend this company and Destin enough. They’ve been to my investment property a few times now and it’s been nothing but a great experience each time. Thank you!

The work has just been completed, I had a water heater replaced and everything seems to be working fine. Aaron did a great job and was very personable.

Nate got here quickly and let me know everything they did. Jordan also did a great job with the camera. Great, honest consultation. Very satisfied.

You should have 10 Stars I could mark for Dwayne. His work was above board. Friendly and he really listened to my concerns. Very professional and nice.

Called in on the weekend to get drain line cleared.Nate and an apprentice Jeremy came out to get the job done. Our situation was a unique and challenging one to say the least. Nate understood the situation and got right to work. Nate got Jeremy lined out and first was a little worried to have an apprentice do the clearing but was quickly put at ease as Nate was with him the whole time coaching and helping him along the way. Jeremy cleared the line perfectly and did a great job. Then had Patrick come out and camera it and see what was happening with the line. Everyone that was involved were great to talk with and very pleasant attitudes. I felt like they were looking out for us and our best interests. Patrick came up with a game plan to fix our issue and are excited to get the plan in place. I can’t thank Nate , Jeremy and Patrick enough for what they have done.
