Anthony was awesome! As a women its always hard finding a good company, let alone a plumber who is willing to walkthrough the steps and solutions. Anthony was solution oriented, patient, understanding and provided infomation in a way that was easily accessible. Highly recommend— great quality service!!

Nate came by to reinstall my toilet and check on a few other things. He did amazing , whenever the concrete didnt seem level he pushed threw and did it himself. The job he left behind looked 10x better than what I saw from the excavation crew. If I had any question I needed to ask he made sure they were answered. On top of that was very respectful when handling the wet concrete, he made sure he didnt track any onto the carpet which was very much appreciated since the excavation guy left a small puddle outside the bathroom door, I spotted it in time so it didnt harden. But all together awesome work definitely recommend!

Nate was wonderful. He was able to visit the same day I requested for a drain cleaning and was able to not only quickly take care of the known problems, but find another spot that was already a concern and address that as well. He was informative and personable the entire time and I look forward to having him be my technician in the future.

Dwayne came out promptly during our schedule service time and did an AMAZING job. found ways to not cost us more and helped us tremendously in a short time.

It was late in the afternoon Monday when a sewer drain in a basement bathroom backed up. We called at 3:30 they had a service man here by 5:30 and he worked till 8:30 very impressed. Antwan ( Sorry didn’t get last name. ) Unable to completely clear the problem he had another service man come Tuesday Patrick Franklin with camera equipment and diagnosed the problem. Both gentleman exceed expectations. Thank you

Was able to make an appointment at 10:30 PM on Friday and Aaron showed up at 9:00 on Saturday morning. It wasn't super complicated for someone who knew what they were doing and had the right parts and tools. He finished fixing the leaky pipe and cleaned up in less than an hour. He also installed a thermal expansion tank to bring our plumbing up to code. Very convenient and appreciated. Would definitely be my first call in a similar situation down the road. The price was what any plumber would charge on a weekend but that's only if you can get one to your house on a weekend.

My sump pump was having a hard time keeping up with heavy rain which was causing our basement to flood occasionally. I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent me Aaron and Hebersain within 45 minutes. The situation was evaluated and I had a new system, double pump with back up battery, put in first thing the next morning. Impeccable customer service!!!

Aaron was great! Very nice, professional and educational! I would definitely refer! He came right in the middle of our family thanksgiving to help us .. very happy

Anthony came out first thing in the morning after I realized that the sewer lines were backed up. He assessed the situation and explained everything carefully and did an exceptional job. Anthony will be my go-to plumber from now on. Highly recommend him!

Destin was amazing fast knowledgeable knew what he doing kept me informed of everything and every step he was doing. He even tested it for us Before leaving and made sure we were happy with it as well.

Clogged toilet - Aaron and Jeremy got here on time, and they were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about their job. They even were worried about tracking snow into the house, which was very thoughtful. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter again if anything like this comes up in the future.

Jim was very informative and very kind during his 2 visits. Everything was explained thoroughly and if I had questions he was very good at answering.
