We have used Roto-Rooter twice now and both technicians, Keith and Nate, were very professional and very thorough. Nate spent a lot of time looking for the issue and explaining the best way to fix it. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Anthony cleared our clogged kitchen sink quickly and explained the real cause — a slight upward slope in the basement pipes. He offered a fix but wasn’t pushy since we have a renovation coming up. Friendly, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

My guy Anthony that can’t Ame and put in a new garbage disposal was wonderful. Even after a very long day, he was great at explaining and making sure we were good with the process.

Roto-Rooter is a little pricey, but they were able to provide same-day service when our kitchen sink backed up, and Keith was wonderful! He was very kind and helpful, and he explained the issue is a way that will be useful going forward.

I called early morning and Dwayne was here within 2 hours. He got our kitchen drain cleared in less than an hour all while protecting our floors. He gave some tips on keeping our drains flowing. Very happy with the work that was done.

Nate was very knowledgeable. He did great work and explained things as it progressed. I had water that backed up into my basement after a load of laundry. There was a clog in my main line that put up a fight, but he made sure he was able to run it all the way through. I was happy with the pricing, especially being within hours of calling and it's the day after Thanksgiving. I would use them again.

Our basement shower started backing up with sewer water, so I called Roto-Rooter, and they were able to get someone out right away. Dwayne, the cable technician they sent, was an absolute delight. He immediately made me feel comfortable, took the time to explain what was going on, and was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. He was also incredibly kind — he even talked to and pet my dog, which was so sweet. I can't Dwayne enough!

Roto Rooter might not be the cheapest option, but the quality of service you get is well worth it. Keith S did an awesome job with our clean out, and cleaned up after the job that showed a respect for our space that is rare to see. Everything was spotless after he left. Will be using RR in the future if I ever need them again.

Technician was very nice. I was kind of confused about the charge. Was suppose to have been contacted on a day to schedule a camera tech and haven't. So Nothing was resolved. Nothing was fixed. Was still charge $275

My toilet clogged on a Saturday morning. After many attempts to unclog it, Roto-Rooter was called. A gentleman showed up about an hour later. It ended up being a clog from a tree root. So if was affecting my shower and sink as well. He had it cleared within 15 minutes. Very professional, fast service. Cleaned up everything too. Highly recommend them

Keith was absolutely amazing. He explained everything from the paperwork all the way down to what steps he will take first and potential issues. I appreciate the care he took with the work and the items in my home, especially since it's snowing outside. He was also great and patient with my dogs to make them feel better about him being there. Overall, awesome experience.

Keith with Roto Rooter store #3519 in Kansas City was fantastic. Very polite, thorough work, and took pride in everything. He also made sure things were cleaned up and protected when walking around the house. Cleared a kitchen sink clog.
He also helped with low volume water issue from the faucet head that was not a part of the original reason I called. During that, a part accidently broke, and so then the team more then made up for it. Installed a new faucet for only the cost of the part and gave us a great deal on the overall service. Highly recommend.
