Kevin has always been punctual and professional. He has done a lot of work on my home and family members homes and I could not be more impressed!
I recommend him to anyone seeking a great and experienced plumber.

I was charged to pull a toilet so Dunlap could locate a septic tank. They called, said they couldn’t complete work due to my bad piping and they had left. I reminded them of the clean out in the basement. They returned some time later, and used the clean out for all of the work.

Dunlap didn’t need to charge me to pull the toilet nor did they need to leave it in pieces all over the floor.

Dunlap did offer to come back out a third time, to install a toilet for free, all I needed to do was purchase it through them. I declined this “resolution.”

Dunlap Plumbing,Inc was very respectful. They Fixed my problem for a Good low price. They did really well and I do recommend them anytime for plumbing repair. I will use them again when an issue arises. (Hopefully not soon) lol. They did a great job!

Dunlap and son fixed vent pipe in attic after tree fell on my roof and did not take advantage of insurance claim. Second job they dug a drainage ditch, tiled, culvert pipe and gravel finish so water runs perfect. Third job at my rental clearing main drain when I called on a Sunday night he was there Monday morning when another plumber couldn't come for a week. AMAZING response and have his number on speed dial! Right priced and quality work!

Austin was excellent—knowledgeable, highly experienced, and professional throughout. He was transparent about his work and took the time to walk me through his diagnostic process step by step. I really appreciated his clear communication and expertise. Highly recommend!

Mitch did a fantastic job and walked me through each of the repairs needed. He also came prepared with all the tools needed to get the job done and even for some unexpected plumbing surprises. We needed new stop valves & spool in our shower, replacement of some drain line, a new anode and relief valve for the hot water tank, and then were surprised by a 10-ft clog of bacon grease. He took care of all of these easily. I highly recommend his work and his prices. We were also about a 40-minute drive for him, which was no problem at all. A+

Jonathan was so knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He inspected my main sewer line and sump pump that needs replacement. He gave me estimates on what needed to be replaced and he was honest and up front about everything! He even gave me a treat for my fur baby! Highly recommend this company!

I called Austin out for a main drain problem at my house. Unfortunately, a golf ball got down in there and plugged me up pretty good. He was not on time due to a meeting that they had that morning and apologized all over himself. He was very respectful and got my job done within 30 minutes. He was only maybe 15 minutes late. But I believe it was not His fault and again he was very apologetic. I would definitely recommend Austin and Smedley plumbing. They were also fairly reasonable.

We had a great experience with Smedley Plumbing yesterday. Austin came out to inspect our gas line and made some reapairs. He communicated all the issues and was very professional. Highly recommend Smedley!

Jon came out today to help us with a leak at our water valve in the garage. He was so kind, personable, and knowledgable, and took care of us in a timely manner. What a great experience all around! I was able to use the website to start the process and let them know what I had going on, they promptly called first thing the next morning to set up a time to come. Austin called before arriving to let me know he was on the way, and had the problem fixed very quickly. He was super informative and let me know how much it would be before starting work. Jonathan Foster was at our home today, and provided EXCELLENT service!! We have been so concerned about our piping and he was able to come and inspect everything. During & after the inspection he gave us detailed information about our pipes & the installation! We are SO grateful to him for informing us that the work is up to code and working fine!
