Austin came out same day to fix leaking shower. I gave smedley plumbing a shot, and he got it done with no issues. I do recommend them and their quick friendly service.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I called at 9:00. I was told that somebody would be at my house between 12:00 and 2:00 and they would call to let me know they were on their way. I received a call at 11:55 from Kyle and he said he would be there in 15 minutes. Kyle was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue which was a cracked pipe, replaced the pipe and all is good. Thank You Kyle!

We just had a whole house water softener installed to help with hard water and calcium build up. The Smedley team did a great job of answering our questions and coming up with the right solution. When I need plumbing work on my sewer or hot water heater this is who I plan to call.

Called late afternoon for a backed up sewer and had a tech sent out the next morning.

Jon arrived on time and snaked out our sewer from the house, then put a camera down to identify where the line was and identified the cause of our back up. Jon left some flags outside in our yard to mark where the damage is underground.

We got several different options on repair after he cleared the obstruction. Most were pretty expensive, but we were aware previously that this is a recurring issue that will require replacing of our underground line to the main.

Jon helped remedy a couple minor issues in the bathroom downstairs while he was working on our sewer, just because he noticed them.

We used Smedley Plumbing for leak detection services to locate a leak within our plumbing drain system. Jon and Austin were great to work with. They kept me very informed throughout the leak test and were able to quickly locate the source of the leak. Overall we were very happy with the service, their communication, promptness and ability to quickly find and fix an issue that we had been dealing with for quite a while!

Phenomenal! Moved into our first home and I had our 2012 water heater replaced after realizing our gas bill was high but our water was running cold. Austin Potts provided great customer service, knowledge, and put my mind at ease about the concerns I had with the old unit and the way it was previously set up. Afterwards, he provided instructions and demonstrated how to maintain the new water heater. 10/10 would recommend. 👍🚿

We had to have our toilet repaired at my job, it was leaking water out of the handle! They sent Jon F out to service our toilet and he was amazing! In and out, super nice and very helpful. Today was the 3rd time we've used Smedley Plumbing. We're very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism, and their prices. Our house is at that age that things are needing to be repaired or replaced. Its good to know we know who to call to get the job done.

Jon did a wonderful job recommending and installing a water softner system for our home. He explained the options, the pros & cons, and shared reasons for his recommendations. Made it easy for us to make a decision. Jon also listened as we shared other plumbing questions, and thoughtfully made suggestions for addressing them. Smedley Plumbing saved us after we had another company cancel their appt last minute! It was actually the best thing that could’ve happened though because they were amazing! Jon was able to come over within an hour and look at our leaking ceiling from a pipe that had busted. He looked at everything and gave me a quote with what was needed and answered all my questions about different types of equipment and what would work well. He also helped by fixing some other issues with our shut off valve and expansion tank that would’ve caused even more issues down the road. On top of that, he helped by recommending another company that could help us with the restoration process and even gave them a call! Jon was seriously so helpful in a stressful situation and made the whole process so much better!! I would definitely recommend Smedley Plumbing and Jon for anyone needing above and beyond service!

I’d give them more than five stars if I could, but unfortunately, the rating system isn’t as flexible as their scheduling. They were super timely and I appreciated the heads up notice prior to arrival.

We needed the main water shutoff, pressure regulator and water heater replaced. We had John show up and take a look. He looked at everything and got a quote with what we needed and answered our questions about different types of equipment and what would work well in our situation. Once agreed we got the appointment set for the next morning.
He was knowledgeable in what he was doing and had all the tools he needed for the job.

We had 2 water heaters from the previous owners and one was used for a home salon setup that we don't use plus a bathroom. He consolidated to 1 heater and capped the other lines in case we wanted to use them later.
He made sure to ask several times if we had any questions during the process and after. He left his card and company contact info on the water heater if there are any problems.

He was professional and friendly the entire time and completed the entire process in just a few hours. Once completed and us satisfied he took payment. The whole process was pretty painless for us. Would recommend John and Smedley Plumbing.

Jonathan Foster was great. I have a small child. I’m very weary on who I let into my home. I did not have to worry about this guy being in my home one bit. He knew exactly what my problem was. He fixed it very quickly made the whole process very easy for me. I highly recommend Jonathan Foster.

Live savers! It was mid day Friday and it was raining in my basement. Luckily I’m handy enough to know what was going on. Opened my clean out to find that my main line was blocked. Which was replaced 7 years ago, found this to be odd. Found Mitch on a community awareness page with a lot of people vouching for him. He came out and located my blockage quickly. He was pretty sure the recent fiber lines hit my main. The path was pretty clear and lined up with his locator. The next day he started to dig. About 2-3ft down the issue was found. My line was centered punched not once but TWICE by the fiber lines. After precise cutting to ensure he didn’t damage the fiber line, the line was raised and a new pipe was installed. While he was in there he corrected a few other issues that unsaid company did wrong. He walked me through how to get reimbursed by the fiber company that caused the issue. I’m really glad I didn’t wait for the fiber company’s plumber to come fix it as well from horror stories I’ve heard from neighbors and friends. Mitch is the man with the plan!!
