Good, honest, accurate bid. Of all the plumbers that came out, they listened to me. They were able to understand my financial situation and put no pressure on me to spend more than necessary. They work fast, but produce good work. I can’t say enough, it was a good experience and I know I chose the right company. They even came in under budget too !
I would use them again. I don’t write reviews, but I hope this helps next person deciding who to do their plumbing work.

We had Spencer and John from Smedley come out on short notice for a plumbing inspection, and they were fantastic. It was important to us to use someone local, and they absolutely delivered. Austin & Jon were great to work with, especially Austin with recommending the less expensive toilets. He even looked up the SKU code for us, & they got both of them replaced in short order. Definitely recommend this plumbing company!

I appreciated the way Jon and his team at Smedley jumped right into an emergency pipe break at my coffee shop. They got my shop back up and running and operational as quickly as they could. They solved a hundred year old problem in just a few days. They found the other contractors needed and put everything back together and where they found it when the job was completed.

Jon was extremely knowledgeable, timely and professional. I had new isolation valves installed in the home along with a new water heater, a new frost proof hose bib, shop shower valves and new sink faucet. all parts nessicairy were on that truck, way to be prepared! don't hesitate, call smedley's.

Called for sump pump failure. Austin Potts responded and determined that pump was functioning properly. Traced water back to a leak in a drain from kitchen sink into basement. Leak was behind drywall. Called a company to have all wet drywall removed. Carpet and pad lifted and mold remediated. Then replaced broken pipe. Did excellent work. Courteous. Explained all work.
