Larry came over and did a fantastic job, replaced my sump pump and added expansion chamber to my water heater.
Talked to owner later, had a question, couldn't explain it to well, but Rick understood my question and did a great job explaining the answer.
Will hire Gene's in the future.

This plumbing service was recommended by my plumber who was too busy to get to me. Not only was John the plumber punctual, he was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me a few tips on my drain issue. Also was charged a very reasonable fee. John the plumber actually made having a clogged drain fun, if you can believe it. What's not to love? Thanks for fixing my issue! If I need to, I will use your services again.

We ended up with a broken faucet and a wall that caved in in the shower on a dyi project gone wrong on a Saturday. I called gene and his weekend pricing was considerably better than competitors. He sent Larry out and he provided an emergency fix for the day so we could turn our water back on. Larry came back out during the week and installed a new faucet. Really nice guy with a lot of knowledge. Larry left and said to just let him know if there were any issues with the faucet after the retiling and he’d stop back by. He even picked up our broken tile mess out of the shower. Great service!

Called at 8am and left a message to have someone give me a call about a clogged drain floor. Received a call back in less than an hour and someone at my door by 3pm like I was told. He was able to unclog my drain very quickly and pricing was VERY reasonable for same day service on a weekend. Will definitely use them for any future needs we may have and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

He knows his stuff. Found out right away it was a bad thermo-coupler. His bill was a little high but he came right away on a sunday and squeezed us in between 2 lobs. Now that says dedication to your client. I won't hesitate calling Gene in if something goes heywire.

The kitchen drain stopped up xmas eve. Well, we waited to call dec 26 because of xmas, and we were doing nothing christmas anyway.

Dec 26th, they came out, and yep, it was clogged about 10 feet down. Lots of plumbing school and a great visit about what to do to prevent and how to do things easier. My drains work better than they've ever worked. I'm blessed to be using Genes plumbing. It's reasonable, folks.

I Would Highly recommend Gene's plumbing. Extremely fast and friendly. When my pipes burst on my faucet and started flooding my house They had someone come out and fix it within a couple hours. John came out and helped us, He was very very nice and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues around the house.

Our old water heater died Monday, I called Tuesday and they were able to come out Thursday for what I thought would just be for an evaluation but the gentleman came ready to replace my water heater. Our utility closet is super small but he was able to get the old one out and new one in for half the price I was quoted by another company. He answered the many questions I had, was super kind and patient. He hauled away my old water heater so I didn't even have to worry about that!

Gene's Plumbing is a company whose service we have been using for about 20 years. They have never failed our family in times of emergency or otherwise. You name the plumbing problem and we have encountered it in two different homes since we started using Gene's. I always ask for Larry. Fantastic guy. He has taken care of our plumbing needs representing Gene's ever since we started using their services. And they are very reasonably priced as well. Great company, and wonderful to work with.

John replaced a toilet in one of my husbands rental properties and did an amazing job. While John was there he looked at a few other issues and gave really good recommendations on how to fix it. I definitely recommend Gene’s plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing services!

My new #1 plumber! Against my best judgement, I tried replacing a faucet and water filter system and my advanced age and arthritis got the best of me halfway through the job. After trying a couple of plumbers that could not get to us until the next week, we tried Gene's and they got us a plumber within two hours of calling them. A little over an hour later, the job was done and it was perfect. The price was very reasonable for what and when they performed the work. I won't bother calling anyone else for all our future plumbing needs.

My mother has used John at Gene's Plumbing twice now, first for her bathtub faucet leaking behind the wall and then about a year later to solve an unusual problem she had with her outdoor spigots, which were not hooked to city water. John quickly fixed the bathtub to her satisfaction, and found the perfect solution for the outdoor spigots. The price was reasonable both times, and workmanship top-notch. My 92-year old mother is very pleased with this company, as am I. Thank you, John!

I called on Gene's based on a friend's recommendation, and couldn't be more pleased. Larry showed up in a timely manner, was professional, patiently answered questions, and made quick work of the repair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

I've been in my house a LONG time. Like 40 years. I'm the original owner. So I've been through quite a few garbage disposals. We would replace broken ones with just another cheap one. We figured, it's just a garbage disposable. So the other day I got a spoon stuck in the disposal. When I got under the sink to try and loosen the garbage disposal up to loosen the spoon up, there was a bunch of water all over the bottom of the cabinet. I've been through that before. Uuugghhhh. I thought not again! So I got my iphone under the disposal to film what was going on and sure enough it was leaking. It leaked even when I didn't have the water running. So I called a couple places, trying to get someone out asap to install a new disposal. Everyone was saying next week. I told this company, can you please squeeze me in. I literally have water dripping from my disposal. The guy, I believe his name was Zach, was nice enough to squeeze me in the next morning. I said I'd like to upgrade on the power and I'd like a quieter one. He told me about one that was quiet, gave me a price, including labor, which I thought was extremely fair. He even had to go pick the disposal up at a plumber's store. So the next morning it was installed. Zack and Larry, the installer, were extremely nice and professional. The price was excellent for what I got. One place quoted me, just for installation, about $150.00 more than Gene's. Just for installation! Anyway, you would not believe how quiet this disposal is. You can barely hear it. I love it! Thank you Gene's Plumbing, especially for squeezing me in! You're my new plumber! Brace yourself! I always have some sort of plumbing issue! I'll put you on speed dial! lol

Larry is by far the best plumber you can get. No nonsense or finding ways to charge you more for something you don’t need. Their estimates always beat the local competition and the work Larry does is outstanding. This is an honest company that I have recommended to many people.

Knowledgeable, professional friendly and experienced. Larry arrived and was able to extend a gas pipe in the kitchen to install a new stove. Prompt scheduling and communication. Would refer this local company without hesitation.
