We had a two person team of Steven Boaz and Brandon Fitzsimmons from Potts Electric come to our home to repair and upgrade our service to 200 amp in our century home. They were prepared, professional, and (very importantly to us) friendly and mindful of our dogs and being certain they did not get out/they secured gaits etc when the dogs were not cordoned off away from their work areas.
These century homes can have a LOT of unexpecteds come up w any and all repairs.
As I stated, they were obviously well-skilled and ready to address our old house’s needs.
So relieved to have this done in one day and so well. Thank you, Potts and particularly Steven and Brandon.

Excellent from start to finish. Montell, who came out to give us the quote, was friendly, professional, and informative (and also didn't judge me for my complete lack of electrical vocabulary). We needed some outdoor outlets placed, indoor outlets replaced, and what turned out to be quite a bit of work to redo some of what was clearly DIY wiring by a former owner. The office coordinated seamlessly with Ameren and the city inspector, we didn't have to do a single thing except pick a time that worked for us for them to come out.

Preston showed up on the day of and was equally pleasant and professional, got right to work and made sure everything was correct. Sean came later and the same could be said for him. All 3 of them were respectful of our home and happy to answer questions, and so CLEAN we wouldn't have known they were there.

Highly recommend the services of this company, should we need more work done in the future they'll be my first call.

We had Potts wire our bedrooms to allow for light fixtures and ceiling fans in the room and they did a fantastic job. Adam Barnes was always on time and very kind. He left the rooms cleaner than when he started!

We hired Potts Electric, LLC to replace our original western pacific electric panel and installed a surge protector with a new grounding rod in our first home we just purchased. Our technician Sean Creely explained everything in great detail and worked very hard to complete the task in a timely manner, he is very professional and courteous. When told that replacing the main electrical circuit breaker panel box where power enters the home and is distributed throughout the house, installing a ground rod, and replacing 48 switches and plugs, would be a one day job, I was skeptical. When 3 servicemen arrived at 8:00am as
scheduled, my opinion began to change.
With lead man Courtney Perkins spearheading the job and directing Adam
and Steven, the job was completed as
committed. The crew was timely, expert
and efficient. Let's add courteous and
entirely professional. I was particularly impressed when Courtney sat in his service
vehicle until 7:30 pm when Ameren finally
arrived to turn the electrical service back on.
He then went throughout the house insuring
that every circuit was functional. If it sounds
like I was impressed with the price and
quality of work, I indeed was. I strongly
recommend Potts Electric for any need you
may have for electrical service.

My wife and I recently moved, and the new house needed a lot of electrical work done (the panel needed to be upgraded, the entire Service Entry needed to be redone, dedicated circuits, outlets needed to be added in the basement and garage, lighting in the basement needed to be done, etc.). We called Potts based on the reviews, and even with all the work that was needed, we were able to get work started within a week. Overall, it took 3 days to get everything done which is what was expected, and the work was great! Brandon and Eldar were both very professional and walked us through any questions that we had along the way. Even the city inspector was impressed by how cleanly the panel was wired (he made a comment that his inspection was very easy since everything was done so well). Great experience overall and we would absolutely recommend Potts!

Potts has been incredible to work with. My wife and I are preparing for a kitchen remodel in the Spring and called them for help. We updated our electrical panel, installed a sub-panel and had everything brought up to code in about a day and a half of work. Their estimates are timely and very competitive. This was also the only company I encountered that offered a lifetime warranty on their labor and parts that spanned from the electrical panel to the meter. Courtney was my main contact for sales and estimates. He was timely, professional and always reachable. Adam and Steve performed the installation. So happy we chose Potts. Had a good feeling when we met with Montel and were quoted a fair price for moving our service, plus installing a new electrical panel and adding a generator shut off switch. Also, at the time of our quote we were made aware of a prior unsafe situation created by another electrician (which they fixed, leaving us with a nice safe and warm fuzzy feeling when we go to sleep now!) Our Installer, Sean did a great job. He did the job quickly; and he did a great job (organizing the wires in the new panel and mounting the boxes and additional wires on our siding so nicely). Sean did a great job communicating with us along the way and was very diligent about the quality of his work. Also, we would remiss if we did not mention that our family life is a little action packed and hectic, especially with our autistic son around. Sean was so patient and unphased by all the extra chaos! Thank you for making us feel like a valued customer.

A one-stop-shop for your electrical needs. Helpful staff. You don't have to spend a lot of extra time looking for parts that they don't have! Like you do in the big box stores!

Very easy to deal with Chuck. Stayed in touch and was there when he said he would be. Very happy with the work he performed.

The breaker on my 200 Amp service entrance failed on a Saturday afternoon, leaving me in the dark. I called these folks & he had me send him a photo of what I had. He contacted me back, stated he had the parts & would be out in about 45 minutes. He arrived promptly when he said he would, got right to work & had me out of the dark within another hour. Very professional job was completed & I'm exstatic with their work. Definitely will use them again if & when I need any other electrical work done. Would give them 10 stars 🌟 if I could!
