Our gas furnace wasn't lighting, this was Jan. 2nd a Thursday morning, we called Perfect Air around 11:00am and got right through. Explained our problem, the agent was courteous and thorough, said she would contact a tech and they would call me back. Tech James Figge called us before 11:30am, said he'll be there in about 40 mins. We were surprised at the fast response, James showed up when he said he would. We explained the problem, James did a bit of troubleshooting, found a defective igniter and replaced it. While checking the furnace to be sure that was the only problem he found we also had a defective thermostat, he replaced that. He did his paperwork for the job while watching to ensure there were no more problems. The furnace worked correctly, and has continued to work, it's now Tue. Jan. 7th and all is well. I would recommend Perfect Air, they dispatched a tech almost immediately after I called, tech James Figge was courteous and professional, he listened to my wife and I when we described the problem. We have used Perfect Air before for an AC problem, now the furnace, we will certainly use them again.

Cody did a very thorough job cleaning and inspecting our air conditioning unit. He did find a part that could cause problems in the future and explained how he determined that. We have been customers of Perfect Air maintenance program for years and have always been satisfied with their service.

I always have a great experience with Perfect Air. Angel calls and reminds us we need our furnace checked to make sure we stay under warranty. I really appreciate that. Cody came and serviced the furnace, gave money saving tips on filters and suggestions on service bundles. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend using Perfect Air!

Jeff did a very thorough job cleaning and servicing my hvac system. He cleaned the vents and ducts, checked and serviced the heating and air conditioner, and replaced a faulty capacitor he found. He explained everything and was finished ahead of the estimated time to do the work. Jeff is very nice, hard working and left nothing for me to clean up! The price was true to their estimate and very reasonable. I definately recommend Perfect Air!

Angel, Matt, and Dan were exceptional to work with! When I first reached out for information regarding getting a quote, Angel was quick with a response and got out ASAP to look at our current system and go over what our wants and needs were. She gathered that info and provided us with several options and the product information on those systems to help us make the best and educated decision. At the time, we were able to make our current HVAC system work (though we were on borrowed time). She made sure to periodically follow up and make sure we were doing okay, but never once did she try and pressure us to jump on an install. Once we finally needed a new system, we reached out and received a very prompt response. She was so patient and helpful with all of our questions and helped us pick a system that would work best for us. She had us in the books for a full system take out/install in less than two weeks (it was during springtime, so we really didn’t have a need for our system at the time). We received texts the morning of the work with the names and photos of our techs so we knew who to expect. Matt and Dan were so very friendly and helpful!! They made sure we were well informed and well taken are of. They were even great at making sure they put down drop cloths on the areas they were walking in/out of the house and cleaned up any mess that may have been made (we also had our ducts/vents cleaned); Matt got on his hands and knees with a damp cloth to wipe up any dust that may have fallen on the floor!! Again, service was superb and while I’m really hoping I don’t need to call them for a very long time, I would definitely use them again!

Quick service, their tech Cody was out to my house within an hour of calling. He had my ac unit diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours. Cody was professional and was able to explain what went wrong in simple terms. He also showed the old parts he replaced and explained what happened to each part. Im very satisfied with Perfect Air

Cody was very professional and patient since I like to watch and ask questions as he worked. He did a thorough job and made a few recommendations. There were a few parts that need to be replaced in the future and made a call to get them ordered while verifying they would be covered under the warranty.

Perfect Air was fast, courteous, and have done a great job. I've never found myself looking forward to an HVAC system replacement, but these folks did great. If you need their services I would wholeheartedly suggest you give them a shot to earn your business.

Cody came out, he was prompt, thourough, explained everything to me. He went above and beyond trying to find fixes for the issue I was having. He was very kind. I will be using Perfect Air from here on out for my bi-annual spring and fall slcheck up services. I highly recommend them!

Dan and James were superb! I was going to have my ducts cleaned after having my basement finished out. They inspected the ducts and noticed they were clean except for the heavy construction dust. They suggested having a whole house air cleaner installed instead of cleaning the ducts, at a fraction of the cost. They saved me a lot of money especially since I wanted a whole house air cleaner installed anyway. They were very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful, going for superb customer service rather than their bottom dollar. Perfect Air will continue to get my business and I highly recommend them!

The technician (Cody) responded to our house very quickly, even though it was an after hours call out. He diagnosed the issue with our air conditioner and completed the repaired in a short period of time. He was very friendly and professional. An overall great experience!

I don't even know how to begin, Angel came over here, and gave me an estimate, and there was no hard sell involved, she was honest and sincere she didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I was actually kind of shocked, because I had three other companies here before her, and they were trying to hard sell me into everything including the kitchen sink. Suffice it to say I bought it from her. Then Dylan came over early in the morning just like she promised, and he made the install quick easy and painless,, the job was cleaner than anything I'd ever expected he did a beautiful job installing it. There's just not enough words I can say to tell you how good it is. As far as honesty goes these guys are unbelievable there so honest. There's nowhere else to look but right here!

What a great experience! Cody Harris was our technician, and he did an awesome job! We had another company out, and he charged twice as much as Perfect Air and didn't even fix the problem. Cody correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and now our A/C unit is working wonderfully. Highly recommend this company! Cody is a great guy!
