Give this man a call if you need any hvac work. I have had multiple people work on my furnace. None of them went above and beyond like this man did for my family. Not only did he make sure the job is right he did it for fractions of the price the previous “maintenance man” that came out and looked at it before. My furnance stopped working after he did some maintenance on it. He took it upon himself to call me and ask how everything was going. When I explained that the system had failed, he gave me his word that he would be out asap. He was here the very next day bright and early. He worked on it for hours, and only charged me what he had to pay in parts. Ill be using this company for all my hvac needs, and you should too!

I own a home in Forsyth, and was getting it move in ready for my parents. The house had sat empty for a few years and needed some TLC. While I was working on the house, the air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I contacted another ac company, and that was a mistake as I was the one to do most of the actual work. I had to crawl under the house because the repairman couldn't, and he never opened the unit to check if everything was in order. Needless to say, it was only a couple of hours before the unit no longer functioned. I looked on google and found Josh. He showed up the same day, had the part I needed, fixed it, tested it, and got me up and running again the same day. New to the area is sometimes the best option, as some of the others may have become complacent.

I would recommend Josh Easterly Heating and Cooling. He is new to the area and does an excellent job and is very personable. He saved us from having to buy a new furnace. We love to try to help new businesses and we've got a winner in Josh. give him a try .

Our A/C wasn’t working correctly, and our house was getting really hot. I called about ten other places, and nobody was available to help, with the earliest service time being about two weeks out! Then I called Josh, and he came out that same evening to help us! He also texted and called afterwards to make sure things were working correctly. Excellent service, great quality work, and Josh is the only person we’ll be calling from now on. 😄

Have a propane furnace that quit working at 11pm. Have used Easterly Heating & Cooling in the past & since he's always done a good job & I know I can trust him, I called. I was surprised he answered since it was so late but he didn't hesitate to help. An hour later he showed up & fixed the problem. And with it being so cold (5 above zero at the time) I was extremely thankful. I've lived in this area since 1988 & Easterly's is by far, the best I've dealt with. Wow! Just WOW! I get home from work around 8pm and it's 80° in my house. I check for a clog in the drain. No clog. Outside unit is running. Air inside is running. I'm at a loss. Being a single female this is NOT my area of expertise. I asked a friend if he knew someone who would check it out that was honest. He sends me a card with this guy's info. I called him at 8:30 the next morning. He had my AC fixed by 10am and it cost far less than I expected!! Usually service repair people try to upsell or upcharge me because I'm a single female. This guy was fast, honest and fair! I will always refer people to him if they need anything repaired with their HVAC system! I can not express my gratitude enough!

We used Josh to install a mini split system in our new lake home. He was very knowledgeable about the systems which are ductless and provide both air conditioning and a heat pump. Perfect system for our 1930's built home. Highly recommend him for your heating and air conditioning needs. He also helped our friends with an emergency repair for their home. Honest and reliable!! Highly recommend.
