Our propane gas fireplace went out and contacted Josh. He responded immediately and came out within time frame he stated. He was friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. He diagnosed the problem, installed the parts and had us heat in a timely manner. I can't tell you how impressed I was with his determination and care of someone he didn't even know! We will definitely use his business in the future!

I would highly recommend this business. Josh is competent and knowledgeable in all aspects of heating and cooling. What he doesn’t know- he is upfront about and then researches what is needed. He went out of his way to find a part in Canada for us, ordered and paid for it upfront- that is service! The wait time was minimal for booking an appointment and he was prompt, courteous and clean. We have had him work on two different units for us- and each time he was honest and responsive to our needs. He does not price gouge and is within the average for providing services. My furnace quit working and it was 20° and I had 3 little kids in my house. He had us up and warm in less than 2 hours after I contacted him. Incredible! He also came right out to keep me cool for this summer. I have referred him to everyone I know with not one complaint or concern. You can't go wrong with someone who's honest and trustworthy. Josh arrived at our house within 24 hours of me calling and he was able to fix our outer part of the air conditioner within about 15 minutes. We had to call him back a few days later because another part of the air conditioner inside the house decided to freeze up. Our inside coils were so dirty it had froze up so he cleaned everything out within a few minutes and we were back up and running again. His rates are very reasonable. He takes cash or card but if you use a card, there is a 5% convenience fee. No checks. We just paid with cash.

Joe Allen knows the meaning of "integrity" and strives to personify it in business and in person. They have been doing major and minor jobs in my "new-to-me" house that was in need of an overhaul. I now have a new HVAC system that works beautifully and was fairly priced. A vacant, walled area beneath a bedroom lacked insulation. It invited animals and moisture through foundation holes and poorly placed A/C drainage. It was a nasty job and they tackled it happily. We are now insulated, critter free and dry. Other jobs include correcting a poor bath tub installation, providing some extra electrical outlets, relocating cabinets, installing a counter top with sink, waterproofing exterior decking, etc. They do not begin a job and move on to another client, leaving you hanging. Joe will let you know if another person has an emergency that might outweigh some of your minor work. He returns quickly. Integrity Heat & Air is the best structural service related experience I have had since moving to the Branson area in January of 2020.

Our air conditioner started making a horrible noise last night. I called this morning and they came out and fixed it a few hours later. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them!!

Our heat went out in the middle of the lowest of lows this winter and they sent out a tech right away to find out the issue and they fixed it almost immediately and worked with us on payment along with wonderful customer service would definitely use them again in a heart beat!

When our central air system broke we called Integrity, Joe the owner answers, then came over within an hour, the old one was way beyond repair. Joe got us a very fair price. Replaced the whole thing less than a week later on a holiday no less. We are cool and happy again. Best Customer Service ever.

All in all at the beginning it was great. We had a great relationship and he did pretty good work and no issue. After a time we’re they showed up one time and the call was missed we rescheduled and tried for the next day. Once the next day came they showed up way earlier then expected with is great but I just needed some warning. So then they decided to not do work for us after that point in time. We called back after hand due to them installing a new coil in an AC unit and the pretty much told us to stick it. They claim we did not pay them on something but no email was sent or anything on this and we paid everything current we are now out 800 dollars on a coil as I do no think this was an intentional issue I do think that the right thing would be to come fix this and us try to figure out the issue on what ever he claimed wasn’t paid but he’s to upset at this point to be professional. Double check there work and also do not do any sort of mistake as the first time will be the last time.

This company is absolutely awesome. The techs showed up on site. evaluated my situation and explain to me my options for this repair. They were very friendly. The owner of the company even showed up twice and they assured me that everything should work out for the best I worked in this industry for 40+ years and I can say that I have never dealt with anyone better. I would recommend this company to anyone.
