I had them install a 1 ton mini split in my basement. Works great! Highly recommend a mini split. Very efficient and economical. Changed my world.

I had our A/C go out yesterday. I called this morning and they were out working on the a/c by 11:30 am. Zach and Ricardo were amazing, respectful and very knowledgeable. They explained everything to us and took their time with my elderly grandmother. They didn't mind my dogs and were just so kind hearted and sweet the entire time. 10/10 will use them again.

The best heating and cooling guys around. They were the friendliest group of guys ever fixed our air conditioner fast and it works better than ever.They were priced better than everyone else and even gave me a huge discount for being disabled.. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done..

Our AC unit went out last night 8-20-23, at midnight. Both husband and myself are disabled. Called Integrity, Zack, and he was here within 15 minutes. Saw that blades and motor were loose and in need of replacement. He went back to his shop to get us an air conditioning unit to keep us cool thru the night and till when he could get back next day to fix.he showed up next day 8-21-23 and fixed unit. My heat pump was blowing hot air instead of cold air. It was on a hot Saturday, Thankfully Joe answered the phone. I told him what was going on and to my amazement he left what he was doing to come and look at it. He made some repairs to my very old unit and got it working. He checked back with me in two hour to see what the temperature was and to see how fast it was cooling. He suggested I make an appointment for a coil cleaning which I did.
Joe and his sons did an awesome job. I will call him when something else happens. I highly recommend him and his sons, they were friendly, professional, explained everything so I could understand it, fast, on time and very reasonable! Thank you Joe and sons!

I highly recommend Integrity Heat and Air! Our A/C in our condo went out when we had guests staying over Memorial Day weekend. We called Integrity and they had someone over within a half hour and had it fixed within an hour. The guests even commented on how nice the technician was which put them at ease. They are reasonably priced and do a great job! We are blessed to have found Integrity!

Last summer, our AC went out on one of the hottest days. I called 5 different places and either got an answering machine or someone telling us it would be two weeks. Then I called Integrity and Joe answered right away, told me he’d be out within the hour, and he was true to his word. He was fast and informative. When we needed to replace our entire system and upgrade to a heat pump, they gave us a better quote than another place, showed up on time, and were fast and clean. Joe had great advice about keeping our system running well. Our system has been working great and our electric bill is so much lower than last year. I don’t think we’ll ever use anyone else!

I called Integrity when my "usual" company was unavailable for 4 days. I am so glad! Joe was out quickly, after hours on a Friday night in July. He was thorough, efficient, fair, and professional. Integrity is the only company I will use from now on.

He scheduled my appointment for the following morning (8/16/22) and called prior to his team's arrival to confirm the appointment and location. If you ever find yourself in need of a heat and air guy call Integrity Heat & Air! We came home from vacation to our air not working at 2 in the morning. We called a couple businesses to leave a message for the morning to get a head start. My husband called this company and the owner answered the phone AT 2 IN THE MORNING ON A SATURDAY! He literally would have came to the house right then but we agreed to 8 in the morning. He was here and fixed it in a few minutes. Joe was very nice and polite and made us feel very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and even gave us a military discount! Great local business that needs to be recognized!

From the first inspection, until the completion of the installation of our new heat/ac unit, the gentlemen were, polite, professional, knowledgable, and efficient. My furnace recently went out and the condenser was not far behind. I called Integrity and talked to Joe. They came out the next morning and within a couple hours, he gave me a quote for the job. The appointment was scheduled and they were there promptly. The work was done before I had estimated (from another company) and they were very courteous and professional. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I would definitely recommend this company and am grateful, as an older woman, to be able to trust someone to do the job, be reasonable and honest. Thumbs up!!

Fantastic company, would 100% use again. They were prompt and did great quality work even going above and beyond to help identify and solve some weak points in my system in addition to fixing the problem at hand. Their prices were competitive and the level of service you get is phenomenal. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will absolutely be recommending them in the future.

Last Thursday, some furnace wires fried. So kids turned off breakers, and we've been without AC since. Today, on Facebook, I asked for some fans. Integritys Zach came out and fixed it!!!! So in 10 minutes, it's dropped 8 degrees!!! Thank you guys!!!! And Blue thanks you too!!!

I called Integrity, and said I had water dripping from the indoor part of my heat pump. I suggested I thought it was a clogged drain. Whomever answered ( didn't give his name) informed me how to clear the drain, and how to prevent it in the future. I followed his advice and fixed it myself. He also told me that if it can wait until Monday it would be almost 1/2 the price. This is how communities should work!

Awesome company. Very fair and affordable. Honest company. Took care of us and my father in law when others in the area tried to overcharge. We used this company again for the second time and just like the first time we used them we are extremely satisfied. They were completely honest and got us up and running for a very reasonable cost. These guys were fast to respond, made the scheduled appointment time very convenient, plus the service was more of an old friend that you haven't seen in a while type. Being new to the area, I find trust to be a key factor in doing business, after meeting Joe and Thomas (hope I spelled correctly), I feel we will become better acquainted and this will be a continuous friendship.

This is the second time we’ve used Integrity Heat & Air after they replaced my water heater a couple years back. Joey and Adam took the time to come out last minute yesterday to take a look at my heater. He was very kind, and friendly. Shaking my hand and smiling when he came in and it really helped to put me at ease. We found out my heater is from 1984! They were very helpful and explained what they were doing during the repair. Not only are they very friendly people, but their integrity and commitment truly shines. When they found out part of our heater’s exhaust wasn’t properly connected he insisted he fix it, most likely saving not only my life but my family’s lives too.

Honest friendly people with tremendous talent and knowledge in their field, with fair and reasonable prices for the wonderful work they’ve done.

This company is great! Called to make an appointment because my AC was blowing hot air ( and expected it to be a while). I was told they would come out that same day! Turned out to be a minor problem that they fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
